Great place, at a great location. We stayed here for Holi and the main party was next to the building. The host is very nice and helpful. He was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The room was clean, and had different amenities like coffee, tea, and water for us when we arrived. The bathroom did not have hot water during our stay. Also, please read the description carefully. It mentions that there can be noise from the busy street and it is very true.

Really enjoyed my stay at this homestay. The space was just as nice as in the pictures — they don’t lie! The location was great too, very convenient and with a nice vibe. There were construction workers around during my stay, so it wasn’t as quiet as I imagine it normally would be. I didn’t mind the liveliness — it even added a bit of energy to the place — but if you’re coming specifically for peace and quiet, this might not be the best moment to book. For me, though, it was the perfect space in the perfect spot.

Suren is great host, everything was as described in the listing. Big yard and empty space. You can park on the territory. He is very friendly and well managed. This place is highly recommended.

Our Stay in Sunrise apartments has been fantastic! At first we were worried we would be too far away from everything to move around comfortably, but right away Gokul and his wife eased our worries and we just loved the area- quiet, peaceful and close enough to get to everything. They were so helpful from the beginning and exceptionally accommodating and kind. They were absolutely great hosts, always responsive and very helpful all throughout our stay. We were so happy with the house, it was very comfortable and clean and had great Wi-Fi for working abroad. We were very pleased with the place and will definitely return. We highly recommend this air bnb!!

Good location to get around Kathmandu easily.

Karma Suites was perfect for our family of 5. Great location a block from path up to Swoyambhu - wonderful view of Swoyambhu from the large patio. Located in mostly residential quiet neighborhood but with plenty of cafes and restaurants within a short walk, 35 min walk or 15 min cab ride to Thamel or Durbar Sq. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated, looks even better than the photos and was very clean. Our host Rahul was everything you could ask for. He responded quickly to all of our questions, arranged for airport transportation, allowed for early check in and met us at the door. He provided great recommendations for local cafes and restaurants, as well as things to see. He even brought over homemade pakoras the night before we left. Thanks again Rahul! I would highly recommend Karma Suites to anyone.

The place is exactly as shown in the window, but with better sunshine. The big windows allow the sun to come in to the whole room, the morning sun in the room is very charming and delighting. The room is well-equipped with stove and cooking utensils. The gas shower is very hot and the room is very spacious. What surprised me is the wifi is at a very fast speed! The location is fantastic, located very central at the Jalmel area, full of restaurants, cafes, bakery, small shops and also the big shopping mall is nearby. But the neighbourhood is very quiet! A rare find in Kathmandu! If you want to stay away from the craziness of Kathmandu, I highly recommend this place.

Amazing place for both short and long term stay in the valley. Great views from the penthouse. Taxis and rides are just outside the door. Lots of places to eat and explore nearby. Mukesh is a great host and will help you if you need anything, just reach out ! Overall an amazing experience. Will be back for sure.

A very tidy and lovely Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. Shivdarshan is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all he knows about the area. We had a great stay! Definietely recommeded to all to stay here.

This is a very clean and cost-effective home. I highly recommend it. You can also walk to the Korean restaurant garden nearby. Both the owner and staff are friendly and helpful.

Check in went smoothly, apartment is spacious, daily cleaned and privacy guaranteed. Host is easy to communicate with and flexible. Very centrally located with a 5 minute walk from jhamsikhel chowk or Labim mall. Under the apartment you can find a small coffee cafe as well as a local Thakali restaurant. Had a great stay and hope to be back soon !

The place is perfect with its location and the private balcony. I really loved the food from the hotel that you can order from your room. I really appreciated the service i received here, I highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Andrei and Maria's place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with beautiful handmade elements. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Bijay, who manages things downstairs, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my time there. He also introduced me to Trishna from Life Story Cafe, who prepared delicious Keto meals—such a treat! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Patan Durbar Square, which I visited every evening. It’s a peaceful neighborhood yet close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu. Looking forward to returning someday!

Dear all, My stay at Dr. Anjil's apartment was a great and lovely experience. The apartment and amenities were clean and working perfectly; to be able to have access to a washing machine was a really big plus. The location of the place is very convenient since it is right on the Ring road. It is very easy to take a bus or a taxi if needed, but everything is reachable by walking around Patan. There is a big number of markets, stores, shops and pharmacies around the area to satisfy any necessity. The only thing to consider is that the building entrance doors gets locked around 9pm; so if you go out for a long dinner or to enjoy the night life of the city, just make sure you have battery left on your phone to call Dr. Anjil (or his mom) so they can help you by unlocking the doors. Overall, Dr. Anjil and his mom are a very welcoming and nice hosts and persons. They were always there to help me with anything. All the best to Anjil, his mom, and everybody who plans to visit Patan, Kathmandu and Nepal.
