Naveen is an incredible host, considerate and caring. When there is something broken(e.g. rice cooker and water kettle), he provided us a new one immediately. The place is very clean and fully equipped. The location is very nice and convenient too, it’s near mart and restaurant. Would love to come here again if I visit Kathmandu!

If you want to stay near Patan Durbar Square with friendly host, this the best option. Orijesh is supper helpful. He allowed me to check in at 12 PM since my flight got delayed and he is very thoughtful he placed tea bags and showed me the kitchen of I would like to cook. Since I was afraid of Dog, he make sure that whenever I want outside he was there so that I would not get afraid. Aunty is really sweet, she helped me when Orijesh went for his work. The place was really clean and it is much better place stay. Thankyou Orijesh for your service.

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.

The whole neighbourhood will Be there to help you. Treated like one among them. Seemed like the host is new to renting out properties. Lacked few minimal things but will eventually pickup. Worth the money. Thank you for the wonder place. Felt like a home. Already missing

We had a very heartwarming, comfortable and nice stay. Chandan is helpful, asks you for breakfast, coffee or dinner (very tasty), is hospitable, responds quickly to messages and speaks good English. The apartment we stayed in was well maintained and comfortable with a balcony. There is also a beautiful roof terrace where you can enjoy the view for hours. A taxi can also be arranged for you if you plan to leave early in the morning. I highly recommend this host!

This house guarantees excellent service and quality for the price. Communication with the host is very quick, and a grocery mart is also located a 5-minute walk away.

I stayed here for two months. It was an amazing and welcome break to be able to come to this place after being out and about and kathmandu the garden is beautiful. The home is incredibly comfortable. Everything about this place made it feel like home thank you.

Amrit is the main reason for the high ratings he receives from his guests including us. . He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off. One particular flight had been delayed late into the evening yet Amrit insisted on picking us up. These gestures make all the difference. He was always responsive to our needs...goes the extra mile. The apartment was perfect for our needs in terms of facilities and location. The complex has a functional gym and a swimming pool which is not heated. Would be very happy to stay again and indeed we are hoping to return with family in the not too distant future..

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and beautiful accommodation. The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their hospitality really made a difference and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. This peaceful gem 💎 was exactly what my friend and I needed to recover from travel fatigue and prep for the mountains. Pooja went above and beyond for us, from local recommendations, getting us dental floss after hearing us inquire about it in passing, or the delicate and calming smells from the soaps, linens, living rooms, etc. I can tell that she and her husband take great care of their guests, these little touches made a huge and much appreciated difference to us. So needless to say, we loved our stay, highly recommend, and look forward to our next visit!

Sumi’s place was very tidy, clean , highly decorated and has a personalized 5 star hotel vibe to her place . Well equipped with full kitchen , laundry and the gym place, swimming pool makes her place a rare find in Kathmandu. The check in was very convenient as the keys were in the reception, the location itself is great. A 10 minute walk to popular touristy places like Thamel, Lazimpat and Baluwatar. Even the airport was about 15 minutes away from her place. In additional to this , sumi is very responsive and helped me by communicating with the locals for me too . I enjoyed her place and I highly recommended 👍
