This was my second time with Rem Maya and am happy to return again in the future. Thank you for being a responsive and friendly host.

I had a truly beautiful stay at this place. The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The host was welcoming, responsive and made sure everything was perfect during my visit. The location was peaceful and offered great views, making it a perfect spot to relax. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

I had a fantastic stay at Ayushi's place. This is a brand new building and apartment so everything feels fresh and clean with plenty of natural light. The bed is comfortable, the furniture is new and a great hot shower is available. The kitchen has the essentials for basic cooking. The location is perfect: it's literally a few minutes walk from Patan Durbar Sq. but it is set back down a side street, with no through traffic so it is nice and quiet. The area feels local and friendly and has plenty of amenities. Ayushi and her father were extremely helpful and took genuine care to make sure I was comfortable. They were also very quick to respond to any queries I had. This level of hospitality is really appreciated. Very much recommended.

Great spot & beautiful accommodation. A little south of the good restaurants but what it lacked in culinary availability the owners made up with clear and regular communication and kind hosting.

The family was warm, hospitable and welcoming. They are a very kind family, and very helpful to integrate us into the community. Madhu taught us how to get around, recommended shops, bus routes, how to order water, etc. We are thankful that our 2 months stay here was very pleasant. We miss them already. The neighbourhood is very safe.

We had a great stay at Alex’s place ! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future!

Loved this apartment! It is in a beautiful old Newari house, yet with all modern amenities. The location is fantastic to explore Patan. Only a couple of minutes walk from Patan Durbar Square yet really peaceful in a nice courtyard overlooking a small temple. Really good restaurants nearby, and it is easy to explore from there. Sanjip was extremely helpful, providing excellent recommendations and always available if I needed anything. There's a washing machine and a kitchen available, but I was happy with the hot plate, kettle etc, provided in the room, so I didn't use the kitchen. I'm so happy I chose to stay in Patan. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Staying at Ramesh's place is one of the most special experiences I've had in now over 14 years of AirBnb experiences. This is truly a homestay. If you are looking for a box on a wall with a code and not meeting a single local. May I say, like in Covid times stay home. This is truly an immersion in Nepal. An incredibly lovely family, you have your privacy when you need it and your advice and cultural immersion which is what I hope we are looking for when travelling to magnificent Nepal. Ramesh will help in airport pickup, dropoff and excursions at unbeatuable prices! Ramesh and his family represent what AirbnB was supposed to be and what a true traveller should look for: LIVING truly in the country you visit, with the locals. I had a very enjoyable stay at Manish's place. The place was extremely clean and well managed. I especially appreciated that the bathroom was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was spotless. Manish was also very accommodating and helped with anything I needed. The place is well positioned for lots of natural lighting if you want to push back the curtains, but he also has a very beautiful ambient lighting system set up in the apartment that can light any area of the apartment you are in. He also have a huge TV in the living area and everything works and easy to operate. The place is also in walking distance to lots of restaurants. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and felt very comfortable. I definitely recommend Manish's place and would stay again when I'm in Nepal.

Ajay’s place was a great house and location. Hot water in all the taps was a big plus! Comfy beds. Special food on offer at check in and check out made this place standout. Ajay and his wife are great hosts. We had a great time exploring the area and will be back. The house is close to Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s Gompa and ancient Newari temples. It was a great stay :)

My friend and I stayed at the property for two nights and wished we had more time to just stay within the apartment. Everything was clean, thoughtfully curated (much like the excellent CosyNepal guide) and the staff was incredibly helpful. Would love to be back!

This apartment was a beautiful home away from home. Comfortable bed, hot water in the shower, private clothes washing machine, well stocked kitchen, peaceful balcony, fast and reliable wi-fi, and everything else was as described. The hosts arranged for a car from the airport which made the check in process even easier. The kind host met us in the street outside the apartment. The apartment is in a prime location near the Patan Durbar Square. However, the building is through some courtyards away from the street and so you hear absolutely no street noise. I would highly recommend this host and location.

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. Close to good cafes, restaurantes, shops and heritage areas. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine which was very useful. The managers were super nice, accomodating and gave us great recommendations for everything. Great place. Kiran's flat has a nicely finished interior, is spaceous with a full kitchen and lots of outdoor space, ample parking and friendly security. Strong aircon and very conveniently located near the airport with convenient shopping just outside and a quick cab ride to essential sites in the KTM valley -- this place comes highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful host as well, I'll definitely be staying again.

We have had an amazing stay at Kathmandu Mega Appartement, which is perfectly located with many things to do nearby. Thakur was a great and thoughtful host, making us decide to add a few more nights here after traveling around Nepal.

The place is nice and cozy and is well facilitated with all the utilities. The apartment is located in prime city area with loads of options for restaurants. Places like the Kathmandu Durbar Square is also within walking distance if you are looking to explore the city. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained and is secluded if you are looking for some privacy. The owner is also super nice and friendly. Overall my experience here was good and I recommend this place.

I would like to recommend Kathmandu Sojourn to people who are looking for two bed room apartments in Kathmandu city as it is safe, secured and convenient. The host is so friendly during our stay there.

Great stay with friendly hosts. Amir was kind and always happy to help. I hope to visit again and would definitely come back to stay here again. Highly recommend it to everyone that want some privacy while remaining in a close proximity to Thamel at excellent rate and service.
