As always an absolute pleasure to stay in these beautiful, well equipped beach front apartments. The hosts are perfect and will bend over backwards to ensure the stay is perfect.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Villajoyosa. Der morgendliche Blick von der Terrasse direkt auf das Meer war unglaublich entspannend und hat den Tag perfekt begonnen. Besonders schön war es, nachts das sanfte Schwappen der Wellen zu hören – das hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre geschaffen. Die Unterkunft selbst war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit: Bei unserer Ankunft lagen Haare vom Vorbesitzer auf dem Boden, die nach unserer Rückmeldung jedoch prompt entfernt wurden. Außerdem gab es einige Flecken auf dem Sofa, was etwas schade war, aber insgesamt hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Wer hier Urlaub macht, sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben oder mieten, um die schönen Sandstrände zu erreichen, die Umgebung zu erkunden und zu verschieden Restaurants zu gelangen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Great place to stay! The apartment was very clean and well-equipped – both the kitchen and bathroom had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus was the location – close to shops, the beach, and the city center, so everything was within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The windows offered a beautiful sea view, which we really enjoyed. An additional advantage was the private underground parking located just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside was that the bedrooms face the street – at night you could hear some traffic noise, which might be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers. Other than that, the apartment met all our expectations and we would gladly stay there again. Best regards!

Die Lage ist einzigartig! Ein Ausgang zur Hauptstraße und ein Ausgang zur Strandpromenade. Der Check in ist super super einfach, Javier hat sofort reagiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr süß, sauber und hält alles was sie verspricht! Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit dem Auto in Altea und haben jeden Tag etwas Neues erlebt. Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und die Nachbarn im Haus sehr freundlich. Im Apartment haben wir gearbeitet und Urlaub gemacht, weswegen wir sehr viel Zeit im Apartment verbracht haben. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wirklich fantastisch und wir werden ihn sehr vermissen.

La estancia en este alojamiento fue maravillosa. Todo coincidía exactamente con las fotos: muy limpio, todo nuevo, perfectamente decorado y con una ubicación inmejorable. La limpieza era impecable, no faltaba ningún detalle. El trato por parte del anfitrión fue excelente, siempre amable y atento. Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

El piso es perfecto para una escapadita a la playa. Las vistas son inmejorables y el piso es cómodo. Nos gustó el detalle del secador con difusor, de los productos para el baño y el detergente disponible para usar la lavadora. Nuestros anfitriones han sido súper agradables, siempre han estado atentos y nos han contestado casi inmediatamente. Hay una playita super cerca además que puedes hacer una ruta por los pueblos de la zona ya que está cerquita de todo. Muy recomendable.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. What a beautiful apartment . Pascal was a super friendly welcoming host . We were a very last minute booking and this was not an issue. Pascal welcomed us warmly, with a bottle of red wine. The apartment is exactly as it is it in the pictures, lovely balcony with a peep down the street to the ocean. Thoughtful furnishings and accessories, both bedrooms have their own bathroom with a plentiful supply of towels, hair dryer and straightener. Coffee machine and pods ready to go. Pascal took us right through the apartment, showing us where everything was. Great location , right in town, a stones throw from the beach, cafes, shops, short walk to old town. I totally recommend Pascals apartment, and if I am ever back in Altea, this would be my first choice of where to stay .

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen, und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es ist in der 4. Etage, mit Aufzug erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Anlage hat einen Swimmingpool, ein beheiztes und überdachtes Schwimmbad sowie einen Paddle-Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Vi hadde en veldig fin uke hos Rafal. Leiligheten er fin, behagelig og ikke minst veldig praktisk. Vi koste oss ekstra med alle bademulighetene. Vi hadde leiebil og med den kom vi oss enkelt til alle plasser. Strendene i området er fantastiske. Vil anbefale en tur til Villajoyosa. Kan absolutt anbefale Rafal sin leilighet til andre.

We had a wonderful 6 days in this incredible apartment! Perfect location to explore Alicante, particularly as there’s a tram stop a couple of minutes walk away, as well as a beach to pop to for a morning dip! The apartment is even lovelier than in the photos and we loved spending time there (and in the hot tub on the roof terrace) looking out at the beautiful sea and mountain view.s. Communication with the hosts was excellent and we felt very well looked after. Thank you so much.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vorallem die schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Das Gebäude, wo sich das Apartment befindet ist auch sehr sauber. Die Menschen vor Ort sehr freundlich und der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Es hat uns gefallen, dass es nicht direkt in der Partygegend war und man so seine Ruhe hatte. Das Apartment ist großartig ausgestattet - wir kommen gerne wieder!!
