This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

As always an absolute pleasure to stay in these beautiful, well equipped beach front apartments. The hosts are perfect and will bend over backwards to ensure the stay is perfect.

Amazing views of all Benidorm. , massive balcony. , very clean and comfortable. , need to be quite fit or get a taxi back up big hill , only 5 euros from bottom so no big problem but if the hill wasn’t there you wouldn’t have that Amazing view. , I would certainly recommend this apartment

Great place to stay! The apartment was very clean and well-equipped – both the kitchen and bathroom had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus was the location – close to shops, the beach, and the city center, so everything was within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The windows offered a beautiful sea view, which we really enjoyed. An additional advantage was the private underground parking located just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside was that the bedrooms face the street – at night you could hear some traffic noise, which might be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers. Other than that, the apartment met all our expectations and we would gladly stay there again. Best regards!

The property was exactly as described, very clean, and centrally located. The view from the balcony was amazing and we found there was lots to do nearby. Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

Best girls trip to Spain!!! This was our first visit to Spain, and we spent a week in this apartment with only a general idea of the area. We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the location was—it truly felt magical to relax and unwind. The apartment is fully furnished with modern décor. It's about a 15–20 minute walk to the old town. Since we didn't have a car, we often went to SH Villa Gadea to request taxis. However, the locals in this charming coastal village were incredibly helpful—we never had trouble getting assistance with taxis from shops, restaurants, or even pharmacies. Our host, Sylvia, was fantastic. She responded quickly to all our messages and even personally came by when we had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly. She arranged for a maintenance team to fix it, which made a big difference. I would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Villajoyosa. The morning view from the terrace directly to the sea was incredibly relaxing and started the day perfectly. It was especially nice to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night - it created a very special atmosphere. The accommodation itself was spacious and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable. The only minor criticism was the cleanliness: Upon our arrival, hair from the previous owner was on the floor, but it was promptly removed after our feedback. There were also some spots on the sofa, which was a bit of a shame, but overall that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are on vacation here, you should definitely have a car or rent one to reach the beautiful sandy beaches, explore the surroundings and get to different restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We had a great time with all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are fantastic. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.
