Good location, tidy and clean, with everything you need inside the flat. Nice views from the balcony for the ones that like scenery.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

We had a great time in Altea, Elena’s flat was cute, cozy and very well renovated with touches of the old casa de pueblo details. The location was fantastic, less then 5 minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk with great restaurants. And really close to the old town with a little bit of a climb up to the fantastic church with dome. Elena was really helpful with the recommendations for restaurants and sharing with us the free parking 300m from the house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Esther’s place was beyond beautiful. The perfect place to stay in Altea. Wish we never had to leave.

What a fabulous break. The house was wonderful - home from home with everything you would need including oil / teas / coffee … beach chairs.. The terrace is spectacular in itself and so utterly private. Excellent location for food / drinks / beach… supermarket/ shops… Stay was too short but utterly in love with Altea :) thank you.

Kristin and the place were amazing! Very responsive and super helpful, flexible check in / out was great. House and pool setup is perfect to relax, nice and quite area and beautiful views from the terrace. 10/10!

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

We are a family of 4 and stayed 8 nights in this adorable villa, a super private location, with a pool, terrace, and balcony. We all had a fabulous time and the kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, so much so that they preferred it to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. The location is lovely, right beside a quaint tree-sheltered park that leads you to a traditional family Tapas restaurant, outside seating, brilliant prices, and fresh and delicious food, the paella is insanely good, as was the fresh squid, anchovies, mussels & clams. It is a tranquil area, set back from the busy tourist strip, perfect for just chilling with the family. Now, our host was amazing, he completely prepared us for our arrival and was in immediate contact whenever needed. We couldn't fault him or his hospitality, as we hope we have made a new friend. Nice appartement. With a beautifull view to Altea and Calpe Pinon. The appartement also has view on the village centre. Spacious kitchen and living room. The appartement had it’s own closed garage box in the basement from witch you take the elevator to the appartement floor. The community swimming pool is nice and has beds and shadow spots under the palm trees. 2 Towels for the beds are also in the appartement. The only thing is that you have to put coins in for the airco, but both sleeping rooms and the living room have a nice fan on the ceiling and the sleepingroom windows are fitted with insect screens.

Really beautiful and cosy apartment, 5min walk to the main square but at the same time on a very peaceful and quiet street. Public parking 1min walk from the apartment. Apartment itself is very clean and cosy with balcony accessable from the living room and the bedroom, with beautiful mountain views. I enjoyed my evenings there with a glass of wine and didn't even want to go out. A few min drive to Guadalest Reservoir parking where I did a hike around the reservoir. Found a secluded place for sunbathing with a book and enjoying a swim to cool down. Exponentia was always responsive within max 30min, and helpful in her responses. Good price for what was on offer and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

It was a beautiful apartment located next to the entrance of the old town and is a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. The place was well equipped and the hosts were very helpful. I would recommend if you want to get out of the big cities.

Great experience to have a nice place to walk, to have calm and a few great restaurants to enjoy outside. Flat very renew in amazing views of the sea. Clearly a place to come back and repeat it!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

Amazing place and view , the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay . The sunrises are gorgeous with a view directly from the bedroom bed. The host is caring and available all the time. The place , price and quality are perfect . The case when reality exceeded expectations . Convenient area in terms of transport links to the center and the airport . Wide beaches and wonderful sand . I would come back here again. I highly recommend !))))

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
