Veronica’s loft in Memphis was beautiful and thoughtfully designed—exactly as pictured! The location was perfect with easy parking and plenty of great restaurants and attractions just minutes away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. We had an absolutely delightful experience at this charming triplex! It was truly everything my partner and I had been hoping for in our getaway. Although we packed a small fan for sleeping comfort, we discovered a lovely ceiling fan in the spacious bedroom that provided a perfect breeze throughout the night. This unit, nestled in the center of the triplex, was impressively the largest of the three, giving us ample room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, from pots and pans to cutlery, making cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer at our disposal, which allowed us to pack light and enjoy our stay without worrying about laundry. Honestly, all we really needed to bring were our clothes and a selection of groceries, as the rest was thoughtfully provided. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat!

We had a nice stay. Everything was clean. We had a small issue getting in the gate but we received immediate instruction that worked. I loved the security of the gate. The only thing is we could hear the upstair’s neighbors walking and moving around. We loved being in this area because it was walkable to Beale St. restaurants, Lorraine Motel, and other rooftop restaurants, and the river. Drew and Emily were very responsive and great hosts!

Great suite with all the amenities and a responsive host

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

House was great I loved the backyard, The Style , The Neighborhood was Nice & Friendly, Only Thing Would compliment the house is a full body mirror for guest .

This place was truly five stars — absolutely beautiful from the moment we walked in! I loved the artwork and the attention to detail throughout the space. Everything we needed for a short stay was thoughtfully provided, plus a few extra touches that made it even better. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Memphis that’s close to downtown but not right in the middle of it, this is the spot. Thanks so much for having us — I’ll definitely be back!

quiet place to stay

Ann and Gene were as wonderful as the place they are renting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and the surroundings are peaceful and charming. The perfect country stay. Ann and Gene were super responsive. They became like family to us. We stayed here during a transition to the Memphis area. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay or better people to rent from during that transition. Highly recommend!

Ronnie was one of the best hosts I’ve had the pleasure in working with. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the least of our worries.we hope to book again next year when we come to town!

If you’re in town and it’s available BOOK IT! So clean cozy n comfy. So much thought into detail I loved it. We were in town for a wedding and not too far from venue so this is a great spot. Beds comfy the space is just enough for us. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone without a doubt. Thank you again for sharing your home and opening it up for us to enjoy. Definitely worth the deal... location is the best. Super comfy room and easy to access. 4-5 blocks from any restaurant (slider in -the best- is 2 blocks away) walkable to literally anything except like the pyramid and the foot bridge to take u to AR. Great location!

We had such a great stay at this Memphis home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plenty of clean towels, bed linen etc. it was super easy to get to downtown, Beale Street, and other Memphis attractions. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!
