Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lakeland

We loved our stay for the second year in a row to attend the Florida UMC conference at Florida Southern. Being able to walk to campus and then relax on the beautiful front porch after a long day of meetings is so fabulous. Thanks for the hospitality and quick attention to every communication.

Our family loved staying the Cypress Gardens lake house. The location on lake Eloise was scenic and we loved looking out on the lake from the pool or patio. House was super clean and comfortable. Boat access was great with the multiple docking spots, and renting the pontoon was a great way to spend the day. Family all had fun and would like to come back someday. We also appreciated the history on Cypress Gardens and old florida before Disney changed things up.

The house is lovely. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The furniture and the bedding and towels were great. Instructions were clear. Everything was very clean. We had an excellent experience.

I love this house and the location. Spotlessly clean and well decorated. Very comfortable. The lake is beautiful. Close to restaurants. There are a lot of interesting things to do close by. Easy to find. It was relaxing to watch the wildlife from the deck and see the wildflowers growing along the lake. Kristin was easy to communicate with and got back to us promptly with answers to our questions. It was a great experience.

Great host and great place to stay, highly recommend. Host gave proactive instructions, check in was very easy and ready when we arrived, and check out was very easy with no delays. Location is close to restaurants, shopping, lakes and other activities. Easy to get to anything in Lakeland and right off the highway to get to Tampa or Orlando. Very nice place with all that you need to have a great stay (kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed). Used the space smartly so although a little smaller, it fit our family of 4 very well.

This house is close to a lot of places, very convenient, and the beds were so comfortable. The host was very helpful with any of the questions I had, and responded in a timely manner. Would go stay again. Worth the price.

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here and both stays were exceptional. The place is clean, with beautiful views of the farm with horses. Quiet, with all amenities needed, and a beautiful pool that we enjoyed... we would happily recommend this place and the next time we are in the area, we would gladly book this place again!

I’ve stayed at one of Marla’s other properties and was grateful to book this one. This unit is tucked away, yet secure and convenient to several lakes, restaurants, and the FSU campus. The unit lives up to its eclectic name with a unique combination of traditional and modern touches. For example, the bathroom boasts luxe towels, claw foot bathtub ans and an LED mirror. The wi-fi and smart TV make it easy to wind down after a busy day or delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen. The property provides privacy and convenient parking which is fantastic for solo travelers or couples. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or multiple weeks, you’ll enjoy this cozy home away from home.

Peaceful serenity with modern amenities. Best of both worlds. Great escape from a hectic world. You won’t want to leave ! And the staff and owners are very accommodative and attentive. I would return without a doubt.

I needed a place just like this to get away for three nights. The curtains were my fave, really nice and soft material and made me feel fancy. The place was comfy and I would look at visiting again one day soon!

I frequently stay at Airbnbs when I travel and Miss Ruby and the surrounding land and trees and lake where so beautiful, much more beautiful than the pictures demonstate. Judi is so helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved every aspect of my three night stay, the outside shower is amazing, and the camper is so cozy. The lake is stunning. A true nature lovers retreat. I highly recommend staying at Judi's Miss Ruby or Cozy Suite. Thank you Judi, beautiful home and guest quarters for people like me who love to travel and have different experiences. She thought of everything guests may need. This is our second visit to Susan’s place. Clean and convenient. We were in town for our grandson’s graduation. He mentioned the day before the party that he would appreciate it if we could whip up one of his favorite dishes. I knew the kitchen was well stocked and it had everything we needed. I just had to pick up the ingredients. We will stay again.

The cabins at Farm of Dreams are better than Disney World! Super beautiful, brand new, absolutely gorgeous and fully stocked kitchens. The atmosphere is peaceful, beautiful, and breathtaking. This was a great experience from check in to check out. I can’t wait to come back!

This is so far our best vacation yet. Just being away from everyone in a calm environment on a lake. Got to see a small gator. The place was clean and Shannon was an amazing host even left a welcome card for us. There’s plenty of things to do in the cabin alone that going out really isn’t necessary. Would definitely recommend especially for the price and would consider going back in the future.
