Lake house holiday rentals in Lake Winnebago

This was our first experience using AirBnb versus hotel rooms. It was much more costly than we anticipated. We didn't have much time to research and compare against other similar properties due to the nature of our trip. However, in the end and having 6 people and a dog, this turned out to be ideal all things considered. We all agree, it turned out to be one of our best visits. It provided the space we needed for our family as well as accommodate for our friends and family to visit us in a much more relaxed and spacious environment. We enjoyed kayaking, cooking on the grill, relaxing in front of the firepit making and eating smores, and resting in the hammock. Everything was labeled, clean, and organized. Francois responded quickly to any questions/concerns I had. The only drawback was one bathroom for 6 people, but we managed to make it work.

The house was great for our family of 10 vacation! There was plenty of room and the house was clean. With the on water access we were able to fish and launch the kayaks right from the house. Plenty of outdoor seating and having the fire pit was great for cooking and s’mores. We did have rain a few days, so we also got to enjoy all the fun downstairs too. Would definitely recommend!

Super cool property and cute little home. Quiet and cozy for our fam of three including infant, as well as our dog. Loved visiting the Oshkosh farmer’s market and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets at the house. We hope to return sometime, thanks!

This is a great place to stay for a few days. It has a great view and the neighbors were friendly. It's a smaller cabin that has been renovated. There is a separate bunk house with its own bathroom. We found a local park that the kids were able to walk to and play. The park also has a new pickleball court. There are also many places to eat that are drivable.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! it was a lovely home in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was in town for my dad’s memorial and Shawn worked with me to ensure that I was able to focus on my family during that time. We needed a peaceful location where I could bring my mom and her houseguests for meals and relaxation while we prepared her house for the gathering. Shawn’s house was perfect with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, including a lovely fire pit with wood for evening fires. The deck was a lovely place for morning coffee. A bonus for the kids were all the “hidey holes” throughout the that made the house seem almost magical. Watching the lift bridge go up and down, the bank anglers, princess parties at the lovely park across the canal all added to the charm while still feeling very private. Highly recommend!

Nate was super easy to work with. We only stayed one night so we probably didn’t get to enjoy the house to the fullest but the game room was fun for the younger guests while we were there and the beds were comfortable.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, this cottage in Wild Rose is the ideal spot. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already talking about when we can return. The cottage itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated. The interior was cozy yet spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything needed to prepare foods, and included a wonderful gift basket to make us feel at home! The host responded to all questions, quickly and thoughtfully! Our favorite part? The lake with its sandy bottom. The water was great and there were plenty of water toys for the whole family! The dock provided easy access in and out of the lake…to swim, kayak, float, or use a paddle board! The multi-leveled deck was perfect for relaxing , drinking a morning coffee, or reading a book. If you're looking for a great place for a family vacation this lakeside cottage is a perfect choice!

My husband and I had some gift cards to the local American Club and their spa but we wanted to stay at a house. Dan's home was cozy, peaceful, and a short drive to the American Club. The sun room was great to relax in and read. Would highly recommend!

We loved the view of Little Green Lake from the dining area, and from the living room, and from right by water's edge on the small deck. Just so peaceful and beautiful! Enjoyed a few sunsets as well. Kitchen was well equipped, had everything you might need. House was located on a quiet road, so we were able to take several walks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the perfect getaway to enjoy the gorgeous scenery with the dogs. Cassandra was very responsive and everything was easy from booking to departure. Would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s place celebrating long time friendships. Beautiful setting on the lake. Lots of places to longe and converse especially the coffee area off the kitchen. Good sleeping arrangements, ample bathrooms were a plus. Love the whimsical art throughout. Thanks for sharing your place.

This was our second stay at David's home, and it was perfect for our family of 8 adults. It's in a very convenient location, close to everything - restaurants, stores, and Lake Winnebago. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable! The kitchen is well-appointed, and the living area is nice for conversation and relaxation. I highly recommend David's home and we hope to stay there next time we're in Oshkosh.

I can't say enough about this beautiful lake house! Greta is one of the finest hosts that I've ever come across. Timely information, quick responses, and there are so many extras!! So many toiletries, pantry, and fridge items for your comfort and convenience. We visited in October, so didn't need them, but a caddy by the rear door with suntan lotion and beach towels. Just an extremely considerate person. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return in the future.

Our family stayed with our good friends for a long weekend for a total of 9 including our kids. The house layout worked out well to have our family of four on the upper level and our friend’s family of five on the lower level to give each other some privacy when needed. The sunroom on the upper level is beautiful and it was lovely for watching the sunrise! There was room for everyone at meal time and we felt we had everything we needed to eat in each night. The water pressure in the bathrooms worked well and we managed without a bath tub for the littles. The highlight was the beach where the kids enjoyed hours in the sand. It was very private and quiet, perfect for walks on the beach. Lastly, we picked the location as it was near the Kohler Andre State Park and near Sheboygan where we spent the morning at the water park. Overall an enjoyable trip!

Beautiful lake, spacious but cozy home. Everyone could be doing their own thing, but you still felt close!

I must say that this home is just as advertised, easy to find, very clean, and maintained. We would stay at this house over and over again. the hosts are amazing to work with and has helped out with our questions, concerns, and the responses super quick and amazing. Customer service is top tier.

Beautiful lake home on shore of Lake Michigan. Large, well maintained yard, nice sandy beach area. We stay in lots of AirBnB houses and this is definitely on top of our list of favorites. Well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. Lots of comfy seating indoor and outdoor. Great for families as they have many yard games, water activities and a great indoor game room. Peaceful setting day and night.

We loved our stay! Green Lake has been a treasured vacation spot for approximately 40 years for our family. It was a great slice in life to share some new memories. We would truly rent this lovely home for another family vacation.

Beautiful lake home with tons of natural lighting. Our family enjoyed playing pool, the arcade game, and hanging out together for my husband's 60th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone and their spouses. We would love to stay there again later towards summer when we could enjoy the lake toys, as unfortunately it was cold and rainy during our stay. The hot tub and sauna were a great way to relax, and we appreciated having plenty of bathrooms for showers.
