Owen was an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, seriously squeaky clean, and it smelled so fresh and inviting. It instantly felt like home. You can tell a lot of care and attention to detail went into making the space warm and comfortable. What really stood out was how thoughtful Owen was. We mentioned needing ping pong balls, and to our surprise, he had someone bring them to us! That small act of kindness made such a big difference in our stay and really showed how committed he is to making sure his guests have the best experience possible.

This was such a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. I loved the little guest area for coffee and the fridge for storing snacks. it made things so convenient. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and the cats were incredibly sweet and friendly. I felt safe and at home the entire time. I would absolutely love to return!

We enjoyed our time in Florida and Radame’s place was the perfect spot to rest. It was exactly as described in the listing. We would definitely stay there again.

Very good location for those going to Disney and Universal parks. Flexible check-in, and well explained by the host. Ana responded very quickly to our questions. We had a problem with the window that got stuck, but it was resolved very quickly. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, with all necessary kitchen utensils (only the stove is a little weak, but functional). The hot water in the shower worked perfectly and so did the air conditioning. Overall, a great stay, especially for the easy communication with the hosts.

We’ve been here twice and are already looking forward to a third time, whether that be here or at their latest next door option!

The accommodations are exactly as pictured and was in a perfect location with so many places around. Also, you couldn't ask for a more considerate, friendly and informative host. The recommendations and instructions given were extremely helpful.

Great location to Disney - about 10 minutes about so close enough to get there quickly but far enough away to be outside of the craziness. Clean place, nice beds, great for kids.

Amazing stay, we all loved it. Perfect for the kids. Close to Disney World and Universal. It felt like home. I loved everything about the stay and everything about the Airbnb. Coffee maker, air fryer, plates, and cups. Tv in room which is perfect for the kids. They had extra stuff for kids. It was just a real good amazing stay. It had everything we could’ve needed for our family vacation.

There's a reason why Rafaela's place has a diamond next to it as a gem. It's in a great location close to all Disney parks, the rooms are decorated just like the photos with Moana and Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story), and there are a lot of thoughtful touches like the wireless charging pads in the bedrooms. The water park was a lot of fun and very walkable too. Whether you want to stay and play at the water park, go to the gym, or use it as a home base for a Disney adventure, there's a lot to like about the space. The beds were comfy too!

Place was very clean and spacious. Location was close to all amenities and close to restaurants and shopping.

This is our second stay and we will return in the future!

We absolutely loved this place and would recommand it to everyone! It was nice staying here after a hot day in the Disney parks. The childrens. Mickey room was a lovely extra!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
