Beautiful, newly renovated 1-room apartment in the green north in a quiet villa area with lots of nature. Various shops in a shopping street (10-minute walk) and a variety of restaurants (around the corner) are in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn with connection to the main train station (35 min), Friedrichstraße (30 min), Zoological Garden (30 min), BER airport (60 min) is a 10-minute walk. I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! I highly recommend it 😊

The place was absolutely top! The apartment is modern and very well equipped – there was really nothing missing. Particularly beautiful was the balcony, where you can enjoy the sun from morning to noon. Great were the free bikes available to us – super convenient to explore the surroundings. The entire stay was quick and easy. The landlords were extremely kind and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Clear recommendation!

Mona's homemade cookies were once again served as a welcome. Thank you, they were very tasty. In addition, a bottle of water and a glass are always available in the room upon arrival. The sharing of the common areas worked smoothly. The residential area is very quiet. The good transport connection to Hennigsdorf was also important to me. I will definitely come back if it fits in with my schedule.
