This is a Triplex apartment, (3 Airbnb's), centrally located in Clearwater, FL near US Hwy 19 and Gulf to Bay Blvd (FL60). Clearwater Beach is a straight drive West (about 4 miles, or 15 minutes). This is a large 1 bedroom apartment that is perfect for two, but can also sleep four with the sleeper sofa. There is covered parking, large backyard, screened in patio, where smoking is allowed. There is a full size kitchen, quality queen-size bed, and a fully stocked laundry room at no charge.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

This unit is in a converted duplex house with a Publix (Grocery) just catty-corner across the street. If you're staying over a weekend and into music, ask about a "best kept secret" concert house :) Also recommend you visit the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, DT St. Pete and Sarasota.
