I stayed at Mike and Annemarie's with my family and my sister and her family and we had the best stay. The place was large enough to fit all of us comfortably and it was exactly as described - very warm and very comfortable. The geo thermally heated pool was put to good use every day, even during rainy days, the kids enjoyed it immensely! Thank you so much, we will be back!

We had another great stay at this resort. We have stayed in other places managed by Nerida before. This three bedder is maybe getting a little tired decor wise… so just now that it is a Kiwi bach experience that your getting in a great location. Will definitely be keen to come again.

Fantastic accommodation and hosts. The house is lovely and well equipped. The back deck and pool area is amazing. Very secluded. The hosts were also very helpful at returning a couple of items left behind. Top accommodation.

What a beautiful home for a family getaway! It surpassed our expectations, and they were high. Sarah and Darren have thought of absolutely everything and it is all top quality and so comfortable. One of my aunties marvelled that her bed was so good, she woke up without the usual aches and pains. Located just up the road from the redwood forest and tree walk, and only a few minutes from town, yet private and quiet, it was a perfect escape. Now we want to stay again during summer to make the absolute most of the fabulous pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommend!

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! I had a wonderful 3 day stay at this lovely homestay. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Nice area and close to the biking tracks in the Redwoods. Very homely. Garage was handy for bikes. It was good to be able to use the washing machine and dryer .

Had a great stay at Geoff and Akiko’s place. Place is exactly as described and super clean. Has an excellent view of the lake and surrounding farm land. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously at Ashleigh's stay. The airbnb was in a great location, only 5-10 minutes away from everything! The house itself was comfortable and cosy, with a great kitchen and backyard. If we're in the area again we would definitely book Ashleigh's place! Ashleigh replied fast and was a great host. Peaceful location with amazing lake views. Very clean and tidy, and the fully equipped modern kitchen made us feel right at home. The welcome treats were a lovely touch. Loved the kayaks, firepit, and the well stocked games cupboard. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this place, From the moment we arrived it felt like home, beautiful welcome letter and refreshments. We didn't arrive till around midnight and they put the heat pump on for us. The house was clean and plenty of board games which was awesome as there was a local power cut, didn't bother us at all. Had everything we needed even toothbrushes which was great because the kids forgot theirs. We wish we would've come in summer to use the awesome bbq. It's a great location being out of Rotorua but not too far. Nice and quiet area. Nathan and Ashlyn are great hosts, were very accomodating and always there if we needed anything. We would recommend this home to families visiting as the yards are fully fenced as-well which is great for the little ones.

We picked Fiona’s place because of the view. Beautiful house looking over Lake Okareka. Birds singing while in spa is amazing. We love the privacy. The boys can walk themselves around the lake. The house is clean and comfortable. Electric blankets are bonus on cold nights. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave. Thanks for sharing your lovely house with us.

Great accommodation with a fantastic outdoor area including fireplace. Loved our morning walk to Eastwood cafe.

My friends & I had a marvellous stay. The place was perfect, great views & peaceful surroundings. It was lovely being on the deck, watching the birds & looking out onto Lake Rotoiti. We were there for mountains biking & paddleboarding on the lake. It is 20mins to the mtbike tracks. The instructions & local recommendations were great. If you want a peaceful stay in a fantastic location then this is the place to be. Many thanks to the owner :-)

We had an amazing time at Gary's and Jude's place. The house was private, spacious, and well-equipped including Kayaks. It was pet and family friendly with a fully fenced deck and a breath-taking view over Lake Tarawera. The swimming and fishing was great! We loved every minute of our stay.

Had a great family long weekend. Such a beautiful peaceful environment and the home was super lovely with all the mod cons and home comforts you could want for. Definitely stay again.

Everything was absolutley spotless. The house felt so welcoming and we slept so well in the beds. Super comfortable mattresses and beautiful linen. Carpets felt like they were brand new. Anne was so kind and was happy to be there if we needed her. She made our 5 year old daughter feel at home. My daughter loved the presence of the animals on the property and the swings and trampoline were a pleasant surprise for her. We feel like we didn’t have enough time in Rotorua so plan to come back again one day and won’t hesitate to stay here again.
