Holiday rentals with beach access in Lake Simcoe

We had a really nice time at Marias place. It's calm, cozy and has a great location. We liked the restaurant nearby and the walks at the seaside. Marias recommandations for activties we're also very helpful, espacially guests with dogs are very welcome! The communication with Maria was very good and fast because she told us everthing in advance.

Tess is lovely and their place is in the best possible location by the beach. Literally steps away. The weather was a little cold and rainy for late May but it made for a cozy retreat with lovely beach walks. You can walk beautiful long strips of uninterrupted beach. Library was nearby if you needed books for “staying in” days and across the street from it was an amazing, authentic Italian sandwich and gelato place the hosts suggested (Che Roba! Soooo good) Overall my husband and I loved it and would definitely go back!

Such a beautifully decorated and well-appointed space for our last minute “mini-moon!” The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed, and then some. The thoughtful touches (robes, slippers, treats) were much appreciated. We loved the hot tub with the river view. Robert and Taurean were friendly and very responsive hosts! We would return in a heartbeat.

Judi and Dave's place was perfect for us. We planned to be in Peterborough for only one night, but when we saw this listing we decided to stay an extra night, and are glad we did. Beautiful view of the river, lots of space, very comfy bed. Thank you!

Windfall felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed to cook and was very clean. It was also close to alot of cool hikes and the cute towns which my partner and i found scenic and peaceful this time of year. (Oct)

Natalie was great host, and very proactive in communicating instructions and info. Had a great time in Blue Mountain and this is ideally located close enough to the village to enjoy but far away from the crowds and noise!

Blu Lake House was a wonderful and spacious setting for our family gathering this Christmas. The views from the living room and back bedrooms over the snowy, frozen lake were magical! The kitchen was very well appointed (one of the best we have encountered!) - we easily had everything we needed to make a Christmas dinner, and more, including large pots, pans and baking trays. The house was very clean, comfortable and homely. Nadia, Gina and Joanne helped us out with a few things over the holiday period, including a replacement kettle, which we really appreciated.

Spacious, clean home. It was perfect as a half way point to meet up with friends. Nice big table for the six of us to play games at. Lots of bathrooms for all three couples. Comfortable beds. Enough parking for four vehicles.

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Sawdust City Haus. Everything was clean and tidy, the decor was cute and cozy, and the house was well-stocked with everything that we needed. (We especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen and the selection of board games!) The instruction booklet with information about the house as well as local attractions was extremely helpful. We loved soaking in the hot tub and getting up close and personal with the neighbourhood deer! Oh, and the beds are super comfortable too. Devon was a great host; always responsive and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Amazing responsiveness from pre-booking through to checkout! When you walk in the front door the view is stunning, and gets even better at sunset. Everything you need is readily available, kitchen has all you’d need. Loved the open living space for conversation. Even though neighbours are close, it still feels quite private on the deck and in the yard. Highly recommend this place for a smaller group. Just be sure you’re all ok with stairs as the bedrooms are all downstairs. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!

We enjoyed the house and the lake a lot. Very peaceful and relaxing to bond with my son and my parents who came all the way from the Philippines to visit us. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Barrie. My only concerns was the garbage disposal areas are strictly for residents only. I raised my concern to Shiyu and he was nice to reconsider.

Stephanie was wonderful and the space she has is so perfect! Love that there is main floor back door access and super easy to get in and out of the parking garage as she’s on the main floor. Will definitely stay again!

Kevin’s place was exceptionally clean and it made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Everything was walking distance. We would highly recommend Kevin’s place.

This place has the best views! Finding the entrance to the parking structure was a little difficult but once we figured it out it was no problem. If you’re going for a ballgame, you won’t find a closer spot and everything was super easy to walk to.

My kids & I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything, but quiet enough to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive

Immaculately clean, spacious, and Beautiful condo. It had everything we need and a few steps to the marina. Easy instructions to get inside and parked. I highly recommend!
