Check-in was well described with photos, so the place and the key were easy to find. The place is in a quiet place, a supermarket is nearby and you can get to town quickly by bus.

As a group of 5 girlfriends we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our weekend away. We loved the cosy house it was nice and warm , beds comfy and had everything we needed . The location was amazing with access to a private lakefront spot. Ngaire was a fabulous super host so helpful and going extra mile for us to ensure we had a lovely stay. Can’t recommend enough and would love to comeback in summer !

Such a beautiful peaceful place to stay with lovely gardens. Fun to see the cows running in the fields nearby. Nice breakfast items including fresh fruit, milk, juice, yogurt, honey, cereal, bread and jelly.

Jerry's place was awesome nice and cozy good spot for the dog to run around clean and tidy and the water was so good. Jerry was really nice and friendly easy to talk to and very responsive. Even had some nice eggs from the chickens

The perfect stay for us in Rotorua. The apartment is perfect for kids; toys, books, double bunk bed, kid toilet seat, kids plates and a huge garden with slides/ swings/ trampoline. There is so much to see and do in Rotorua, we had a great time. Aaron and Lorna were really responsive hots and really helpful. Thank you for having us.

We had a great stay, perfect for my son and me on a boys' mountain bike trip. It was nice being walking distance to town for dinner. The hot pool was a bonus.

This place is perfect for a family. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating, and fast to respond. When we needed something, they immediately brought it by. The location is perfect. Very quiet with a beautiful beach walk located right out front. Highly recommend this place and these hosts.

We loved our stay at Parrot Nest, beautiful accommodation with everything you need! Spotless with such lovely touches making you feel right at home! Amazing communication and hospitality from the hosts Betty & Christian with tasty pretzels for breakfast and other yummy things in the fridge! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Only got to use this space for a short time. Airbnb was absolutely adorable! The decor was charming, and it felt so cozy and welcoming. Beautiful linen, had everything i needed. The location was perfect, close to town but also far enough to be amongst the beautiful orchard. I would definitely stay here again!

Caron’s Airbnb in Matamata was absolutely adorable — cozy, beautifully styled, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great too — nice and quiet, yet just a quick 3-minute drive to everything in town. Caron is such a joy — warm, welcoming, and clearly puts so much care into making sure her guests feel comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Peaceful setting surrounded by fields, even has an avocado tree next to the room and we were given the avos that fell off! Really special weekend for us.

Wonderful stay! Lora kept a lamp on inside as she knew we were getting in later that night, and the small things like that made us feel right at home! Nice place and a close drive to all the things to do around Rotorua :)

Rachael was a fabulous host. The shed was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is situated in a prominent position to visit local attractions like the blue spring, hobbiton and while being a short drive to Tokoroa township. The shed is private, nestled on a beautiful farm with stunning views, is very modern with the best appliances / utilities and has nice finishes and comfy furniture / bedding arrangements.

Shelley’s and Geoff’s property was clean and tidy, they had left a heater on to warm up the place which made the place very welcoming. Great at communicating and nothing was to much trouble. Perfect for our few days in Tauranga. Peaceful even though it is on two busy roads. Lots of lovely birds in their extensive gardens/orchard. Both Geoff and Shelley were very friendly and welcoming. The yummy pastries and chocolate was a lovely touch and the well stoked pantry would be wonderful if you wanted to cook, as it had all the basics. Would definitely recommend.

Jan and Dan are personable, kind, and went out of their way to show hospitality to us on our 20th anniversary getaway. Loved the time!
