Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Placid

Great location for our family gathering! Lots of bedrooms each with its own bath is a must for us. We were very thrilled with wildlife right at the Windy Point property. Like having our own private nature preserve. The Osprey were so active and some were nesting, the Great Horned Owl greeted us every morning and the baby alligators and turtles came out for sun later in the day. The number and variety of Herons was spectacular! Not to mention songbirds, Egrets, Cranes, Limpkins, Ibis, Cardinals, Swallows, on and on. Perfect place for our family to gather, make food, play board games, relax. The folks from Alaska and Michigan really appreciated the winter climate here and everyone enjoyed having a clean pool and hot tub that actually work as advertised! Went by so fast. We are keeping Windy Point in mind for a future family gathering for sure.

We loved our stay at the lake house. Backyard with pool overlooking the canal was beautiful & peaceful. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking; lots of board game options provided. We took a nice walk after dinner in their neighborhood. Amy was quick to respond with any questions we had. Will definitely stay again at her home when we come to town!

The home was very peaceful for a lakehouse getaway. It had everything needed, was uniquely decorated, and nicely furnished. Communication with the host and simple check-in/out was appreciated. Would recommend if staying in Lake Placid as it is close to town and the other larger lakes in the area.

We had a fabulous time - the home is extremely comfortable, kitchen well kitted out, and the beds were a dream! Not to mention hanging outside grilling, on the dock fishing,and canoeing. Highly recommend! Thanks for being such a great host, Tim!

Our stay was amazing! The hosts were amazing and VERY responsive. They were patient with my families endless questions, helped figure out a bunch of things and always communicated kindly. The place is great, there was 6 of us, everyone had a comfy bed. The kayaks , lawn games, Board games, chairs, ping pong table, grill, you think it they have it and we used it. Was awesome. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views, well equipped with toys, kitchen supplies, water activity equipment, nice yard. Our two families had plenty of room and really appreciated how clean and well stocked the home was. One the most responsive hosts we’ve dealt with, first class home all around.

If I could give Aviva 10 ⭐️ I would!! She is definitely one of the best host we have ever worked with. Everything was as listed. All in all a great experience!

Great place! Very comfortable and clean, kitchen had more amenities than any place I have stayed. Cindy was great to communicate with, she responded very quickly to any question I had. We will be booking in the future as we return back home to settle my parent's estate.

Mark's place is very comfortable and has everything you need for a convenient stay. Stayed for two nights, no issues.

It was a wonderful weekend getaway at the villa! Very much enjoyed the view and how close it was to all the necessary stores and Sebring International Raceway.

Awesome people stayed here for our son’s baseball tournament!! Got rained out and set back a day and got us booked another day asap

Love the unit and Heidi was great, very friendly and communicative! The units seems to be about 10 minutes away of everything. It was very clean, nice kitchen and living area, it had everything that I needed, almost forgot - the bed was very comfortable. It had beautiful surrounding, the pool in front of the unit made it feel so much nicer. I felt very safe! Would definitely stay again.

Candy and I enjoyed an awesome Sebring vacation thanks in large part to our stay in Alice’s villa. The location is great … shopping, golf, and really good restaurants are near-by. The villa was neat and well laid out and that makes for an efficient and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and lounging the around pool…. This was our second stay here and we are very much looking forward to our third !!!

The condo was nicely updated and well equipped. Trevor was the best host we have had - very helpful. He makes a great ambassador for Sebring, which is like a taste of a quiet, southern hometown.

Place was exactly as pictured. George reached out to answer any questions and tell us how to get in. The place was spotless. Had K cups, creamers and sugars available. Kitchen also has a regular brewer and filters available. It was well stocked and fridge had working ice and water dispenser. There were small toiletry starters available in the bathrooms. Nice handhelds in the showers. Extra towels and linens available. Only used master bed - it was a king size and very comfortable. The living room couch was huge and comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony on the sofa out there. Would 100% rent from him again if it’s available!

Great place to stay for the Lake Placid/ Sebring area. The kitchen was well equipped and couch was very comfortable. This place felt like home.
