Our studio guest house on the lake is great for relaxing or doing activities . A shaded patio with hot tub and eating area to enjoy the scenery. The party barn has ping pong, game table, games, and kitchenette. Further on is the boat dock with lifts where you could keep your boat, use our kayaks, or just swing in the nice breeze. A big fire pit is available. We are about 22 miles from Tyler with attractions and shopping begging to be explored. Park in the adjacent garage.

This home is a relaxing retreat in a gated community for the entire family. 2-3 min from Lake Tyler. Pool views from every common area and the master. Chef's dream kitchen is designed to entertain and seats 14 with 6 more in the dining room. Watch the game or a movie next to a cozy gas log fireplace. This residence sleeps 6 adults, plus 2/3 kids in the full/twin bunk beds. The garage is used for storage and is not available to guests.
