I am forced to travel because of my work. Sometimes the places are not in areas you might choose for a vacation. All the places begin to feel the same, just another place. My time here has been amazing. I would recommend the place to everyone. It’s close to shopping, nice restaurants and local attractions. As i have become familiar with Tunis, I now realize it’s the beat area in the city and the apartment sets on the best street. It was lucky for me because I had no idea what to expect. My host has been accommodating, but mostly he has made me feel welcome in a place half way around the world from my own home. Thank you!!!

What a wonderful fantastic apartment nestled above a bank on the 2nd floor. Incredibly spacious and clean, with a terrace. You can gaze into the distance from the front terrace or back window. Coffee, pizza, pastries, burgers places and small convenience store within a stone's throw. More eating options; restaurants, fast food and ice parlors 8 minutes walk away. I would have loved to stay at this apartment for a month if I could have taken more time off. Definitely would love to come back.

I recently stayed at Dhouha’s Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience! Check in was extremely simple and we felt welcomed and relaxed. The residence was very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail was impressive, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, beautiful scenery, waterfront view and great restaurants nearby. Dhouha was an outstanding host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the area. Her hospitality truly made a difference, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. 10/10 looking forward to coming back and recommending to friends/family.

Un hote et un appartement que nous apprécions particulièrement pour l'avoir réservé plusieurs fois, je recommande vivement.

La maison est vraiment très belle en particulier les espaces communs qui sont juste magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus. Le rapport qualité-prix pour la suite que nous avions est assez imbattable, petit bémol pour le quartier qui est la Soukra et non pas la Marsa : si vous souhaitez sortir le soir il faut prendre le taxi et ne pas s'aventurer dans les environs après une certaine heure. Cela dit si vous vous déplacez en voiture, c'est assez centrale entre la partie centre de Tunis et le plage.

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

Hôte accueillant et prévenant. Logement charmant et chaleureux. Joliment décoré, et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans ce rez de chaussée authentique. Les must: les beaux carreaux de ciment qui enluminent le sol, la cour ensoleillée, les chants des tourterelles et des verdiers, … La mer est à quelques minutes de marche ainsi que toutes les commodités. Nous avons trouvé ici la bienveillante hospitalité tunisienne, fierté et richesse de ce pays! Merci Monsieur Yousri.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! La maison est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et les piscines très agréables ! Quelques petites suggestions ont été transmises à Taher afin d’améliorer la qualité des prestations. (manque de quelques équipements et propreté à approfondir) Un grand merci à Moussa pour sa disponibilité sur place et son aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le logement était impeccable, très charmant, confortable et bien placé, à proximité du centre de La Marsa tout en étant au calme. Meher est un hôte sympathique, flexible et réactif - merci encore pour le stockage de nos bagages en attendant notre vol. Nous recommandons vivement !

Un apartament spatios, curat aflat intr-o zona linistita, aproape de plaja si de prncipalele puncte de atractie din La Marsa. Hamdi a fost o gazda excelenta, usor de contactat si mereu de ajutor. Sper sa ma mai intor aici!

I had a great stay . Aymen was communicative and helpful, and the place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. Everything I needed was available, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. 1st floor accommodation in a family house with separate entrance. 5* for cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Mariem was always quick to respond and happy to help with information and suggestions. Approx 10-15 mins from Tunis Airport (10-12 Dinars if the driver used the taxi meter), 5 mins walking distance to TGM station L'Aeroport or 7 mins to TGM Kheireddine. Train leaves from Kheireddine towards La'Marsa and Sidi Bou Said at half past every hour and cost 0.5D pp. If you wish to travel to Avenue Habib Bourguiba which leads to the old Medina/ Bab-el-Bhar, You can take a louage (yellow local shared taxi van) from the main roundabout (5 mins walk) for 1.6D pp. Around this roundabout, you will also find many food options. 2 supermarkets are approx 2-3 minutes walk, Carrefour being the better option. Fresh fruit stalls, coffee shops, little street food huts and a bakery with fresh bread and other products are all approx 2-3 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a young family.

Bilel est un hôte en or. Il m’a réservé un très bon accueil et on a communiqué durant le séjour quand j’avais qqch a lui demander concernant l’appartement ou l’endroit pour garer la voiture. L’appartement est idéalement situé avec Sidi Bou Said et la Marsa corniche a proximité et l’endroit est totalement calme le soir. C est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer le soir venu. Recommandé à 100%

Excellent logement pratique, très propre et très bien placé à la Marsa. Je le recommande à tout voyageur solo ou couple qui veut un logement central. Chaima était parfaitement réactive 👍🏽

Je tiens à remercier SLIM pour son hospitalité et sa disponibilité, arrivé à l’aéroport je trouve deja un sms de sa part demandant si je suis arrivé. Très flexible et il te donne ce sentiment qu’il est là pour veiller à ce que vous passez un bon séjour. Pour le logement, c’est dans une résidence privée, propre, calme, bien équipé et les commerces sont à proximité. Conclusion je valide et je referai le même choix next time.
