We're on the west bay of Traverse City on M22. Your gateway to the villages of Leelanau, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and only 8 minutes from downtown. On-site amenities include sauna, kayaks, firepits, playground, and grills.

The Winton at Old Pike Cottages is a 2-bedroom cottage suitable for 2-4 guests; with a king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other. This waterfront cottage has heated floors throughout, a fully stocked kitchenette, furnished screened-in patio, living room with smart TV and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens, towels, toiletries, coffee, and bathrobes provided. Wifi, seasonal heated pool & hot tub, guest laundry, indoor gathering area, and outdoor courtyard onsite.

Cedar Oaks Lakeside Resort - Previously Ohana Resort - Under New Ownership This room is a convenient option for solo travelers as well as friends and family traveling together. Basic yet clean and comfortable, this room has two twin beds, a flat screen tv with expanded cable, full bathroom, air conditioning, and a large walk out balcony overlooking Houghton lake.

The Lighthouse Room - 1 full bed/ private bathroom

Lighthouses are a big thing here in Water Wonderland so we couldn't leave out! We themed this room in dedication to them. This is our smallest room but don't be fooled as good things come in small packages. This Boutique style motel room has a big log bed and private bathroom with toilet and shower.
