Farmstay holiday rentals in Lake Michigan

We loved our visit to the little house, there were tons of mowed trails to wander and explore and our kids loved running around and looking at all the cars and treasures, the photos don't do it justice. The home was clean and cute and vintage and peaceful. Highly recommend if you need a getaway and like to be outdoors to walk without having to drive somewhere. It was just a short drive to Mackinaw City and the lakeshore as well.

This place is super cute! The living room and dining room were spacious enough to fit 6 adults comfortably. The shower stayed hot for all of us to take showers in the morning one right after the other. It's close to Saugatuck and Douglas which are both great communities to visit and there are so many cute shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

we had a great time and we will be back if the opportunity arises. The cottage was perfect for a quiet relaxing get away which is exactly what we were looking for.

The cabin was clean and cozy. The beach was private and within walking distance. The dogs loved the beach as we spent full days there. Firewood was provided and able to have campfires on the beach. Miles of beautiful shoreline to walk. Great getaway if you are looking for downtime on the beach.

I wish would could have stayed longer! This is an absolute beautiful, comfortable home with everything one would ever need for a wonderful get away.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home tucked away in a peaceful rural setting. The house was full of charm and character, and the surrounding mature woods made it feel like a true escape. It's conveniently located near Three Oaks and New Buffalo, both of which offered plenty of great activities, dining, and local charm. Our dogs loved the space just as much as we did—especially the nearby dog beach! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway.

I can’t say enough good things about Mary and Blossom Gardens! The room itself was comfy, tidy, and super clean. The setting is very peaceful, the Cedar area is charming, and the cabin is still close enough to TC to enjoy all that the area offers. Mary was a great communicator and made us feel very welcome! We would love to return the next time we’re in the area.

I have stayed here numerous times, and every time I'm impressed! They have made several improvements over the years, and it can't be beat! We walked around the property, played in the tree house and swing, enjoyed the hot tub and patio. I wish it were summer, the pond is awesome! There is something for everyone here, and you will not be bored. The host, Jason, is super quick and responsive to anything you may need! Comfy beds & furniture throughout the home! The home is absolutely spotless, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend 5/5.

Stunningly beautiful and peaceful property with privacy, rolling hills, and excellent proximity to the action. So fun to watch the sheep being wrangled in and out of the pasture each day! The cabin is a wonderfully restored barn with meticulous attention to detail. The main bedroom is a FANTASTIC respite and the open loft hosts a great view of the cabin, as well as out the numerous patio doors that adorn 3 walls, giving a panoramic view of nature, sunrise, sunset, wildlife, etc. The cabin feels secure, and very comfortable. I appreciate having access to the thermostat, too. The host, Amber, has wonderful communication. Much information is provided up-front, and she as very quick to respond to the one random question that I had. My only regret is that I didn't leave enough time in our weekend to check out the farm store! This home couldn't be more perfect. I will be back!

words cannot describe this amazing barn turned home. We loved the unique layout and lots of space to relax and be together as a family. We loved the gazebo in the evenings with the frogs croaking in the background. It is absolutely charming inside and out with every amenity one could ask for. We particularly loved walking the grounds and visiting with the goats and llama. Susan is a wonderful host and we also met Brett while we were there. Wished we would’ve stayed longer so we could have explored the town and the surrounds a little bit more. Would recommend highly!

GPS gave us 2 different locations for the exact same address. one takes you to an intersection with fields everywhere. I had to contact host and all went very well from there. we loved our stay!

Super clean and adorable Airbnb! Linda was very responsive and flexible. The tiny home was stocked with lots of goodies. The land is clean and peaceful. They have space for a bonfire, outdoor seating and grill. So sad we only needed somewhere to sleep for the night - would have loved to hangout there for a few extra days! Definitely plan on staying here again when we come back to the area!

We are parents of young kids and this time away was so recharging for us. It is so quiet on this property, day and night. The silence soothed us and made it feel like we could breathe again! Kristin was so kind and helpful. We felt very welcome and comfortable there. Kristin went above and beyond our expectations. She is very gifted at hosting!

We had a great stay at the wana house! It was roomy and perfect for our family. Nice yard for the kids to play in and also close to town. It was very peaceful! Would definitely stay there again

One of my favorite places I have stayed with my dogs. They loved being able to go off leash on the property and meeting the animals was so fun. The camper is set away from the main house behind a barn and has a really cozy outdoor area so you feel like you have your own space. Lots of fun stuff to do on the property like walking/taking the trails, grilling, having a fire, playing with the animals, and just relaxing. The camper is well appointed and the main bed is super comfortable and full sized, could probably accommodate people up to 6’ tall. Sarah and her husband Daniel were warm and welcoming and super friendly/chill. It was so peaceful!

We loved our stay in this beautiful house! It's even better in person than the photos - and the photos are pretty great! Perfect location - peaceful and secluded but not far from anything. Melissa was amazing and communicated quickly when any question arose - we were able to check in early and check out late which was an awesome benefit with wine in the car! The amenities are perfection: such a well-stocked kitchen and a pristinely clean bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and the character throughout this lovely old granary really made it a stand out. The location is central to many wineries, breweries and great restaurants - we never felt far from anything but it was so quiet and peaceful to be surrounded by fields and so much green! The hot tub was an amazing bonus and we used it on an unexpectedly cold May night. Suffice to say, we will, without a doubt, be making a return visit to this wonderful place. - Lisa & Dave, Sawyer, MI

The perfect place for a weekend get away! Truly so unique. The barn was quaint and spacious. The alpacas were the best company - we loved spending time with them so much. Wayne who cares for the alpacas was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Grateful for a magical place that we are going to hold many memories near and dear to our hearts. Can’t recommend this place enough :)

Cool and beautiful home, great place to relax and get away with friends and family. Lots of different things to do. Doug was super nice and laid back. I will be returning very soon!

Loved my stay! The farm was gorgeous and so peaceful and rejuvenating. Wish I could’ve stayed longer and would definitely stay again. Dan and Suzanne were friendly and helpful and the apartment was comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. 5 stars!

Very peaceful to stay put here--bring what you need and stay in these beautiful surroundings among birds and gardens and an art-filled home. Or spend time on nearby beaches and trails, wander the nearby small-town shops and nice variety of restaurants and look forward to a hot tub soak and campfire. Donna's home is welcoming and inspiring!

This is our second stay with Bente and we loved it just as much as much as the first time. We were included in social activities happening over the weekend on the farm which was an extra treat and was so kind. I love being able to show my kids the farm life and take a break from our regular life.

What a lovely, quiet place to spend time! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s comfy, so quiet, and surprisingly spacious. We sat outside and listened to the birds for several hours.

This was by far the best airbnb stay I have ever had! The house was gorgeous, so well decorated and thoughtful. Had everything we needed from ample towels, amenities, kitchen supplies, bedding etc. The host was so helpful and gave great instructions! We truly did not need a thing during our stay but felt like if we did we would have gotten prompt quick responses. For a group of 5 girls that have been friends going on 20 years this was the most perfect stay for our girls trip. 10000/10 recommend.
