Townhome holiday rentals in Lake Maggiore

We had three children with us and I thought it was great. There were plenty of high chairs, a travel cot, plastic cups, and even a stool for the sink. Only disturbing were the arm irons and the beeping of the equipment to keep the moles away. They ran all day so you could not sit in peace on the terrace. Otherwise, the place was really great. Happy to come back and have a clear recommendation.

We had a very nice stay. The house and view were very nice. However, you are dependent on a car because the house is relatively remote. By car, however, you can reach the nearest city in 10 minutes. The access road is not suitable for every vehicle because of the steep and narrowness.

Spacious house, perfect for our needs. Great outdoor space/terrace with gorgeous view of Lago Maggiore. A quick walk to the local grocery store in Pino for fresh rolls and cheese in the morning. A very friendly and nice lady lives in the house next door.

Maria's place is fantastic! You Can use grill, sun in the afternoos is shinig thru big windows. internet connection is fast and stable so You can work from home or watch Netflix. You Can use is as a proper seconda home. Maria is helpful and outgoing person. I can 100% recommend

What a gorgeous place and incredible view! I loved this little non touristy town we stayed in so close to the ferries!

Great accommodation. The garden right on the lake is unbeatable. We were able to go on great MTB tours, then swim in the lake and eat well in the restaurants. Beautiful region and, last but not least: Luca is a great and helpful host who always offers support if you want it. Thank you Luca!

We had a lovely stay in Gravedona. Francesca was always available and very flexible. The place has a very nice promenade (right outside the door) and a great beach, especially for children, which is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is on the ground floor, very reassured as the house is surrounded by greenery and gardens. There is no through traffic here as it is located in the backyard directly to the lake. The access to the lake is locked by a door, which may be used with a paddle board from Francesca. This is good, otherwise all holiday guests of the different apartments would walk by. We felt comfortable and thank Francesca. Tip: Rent a boat in Dongo, behind the Iperal or enjoy the lake by the beach. The best ice cream is on the promenade just in front of the church.

Fantastic place. - Magnificent lake view from the terrace and balcony to the bedrooms. One evening we were lucky enough to be able to see fireworks in Locarno from the terrace. - parking lot near the stairs to the cottage. The stairs to the cottage can be a problem if you are less mobile. - One of the few cottages where everything is provided, where you should not compromise in comfort compared to your own home. - Good base for excursions around Lake Maggiore - clean pool near the cottage. We will almost definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Roberta's. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and the accommodation is well equipped. There were 5 of us, and we appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms. Good hospitality from the owners and the pool manager.

Charming and spacious home. Spotlessly clean with everything one may need. We had a car and used the property as a base for our day trips around the region so it not being in the city center wasn’t an issue. There is a bus stop not far away so those without a car can still easily access the property but do plan for extra commuting time. Communication with host was easy and efficient. Check in was also quite easy. Probably my best AirBnB experience to date. Would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

Beautiful modern house with an amazing view and big garage. Great communication with the host. The location is perfect if you are by car. You have a little market 5min walk with the most necessary things. For everything else you need a car or have to walk down stairs to the coast for about 15-20min. The walk to the stairs is not perfect, since you have to walk 40-50m on the mainroad. Important to note also that you can hear everything word by word between the two bed rooms. We would definitely come again, because overall the house was great and the location perfect to discover como.

We spent two really nice days with Emanuela and her daughter Priscilla. We immediately felt at home – the two are very friendly and helpful. Our three-year-old son had a lot of fun playing with Diletta, her granddaughter – it was great to see the two of them together! Everything worked out without any problems, even with our baby: The apartment was clean and well organized. We felt completely comfortable and would gladly recommend the stay. Very nice host, promptly responsive and friendly. Great neighborhood in a quiet, shady street but very close to the tram line and restaurants and cafes nearby. Convenient transportation to Duomo. Old but charming townhouse with very beautiful tiled floors and decor. Washer and Dryer in the house was convenient. In hot summer weather AC helps a bit - but otherwise an Excellent Place to stay. Very clean accommodation, beautiful location, peaceful; House large enough for 3 adults and 3 children, which was necessary because of a mild weather and allowed the children to carry out indoor activities on some days. Interesting location allowing visits to the Lombard bank of Lake Major.

Exceptionally well-equipped and environmentally friendly holiday home. The spa/gym is worthy of a small boutique hotel. Everything was immaculately clean and of the highest quality. We were there in 35/36 degree August heat, but the house stayed cool. We also appreciated the cool underground parking and being able to charge our EV. The little complex of holiday houses was very quiet. We stayed for 3 nights, regularly swam in the pool but only encountered others there on one occasion. The views are lovely - especially appreciated from the upstairs balcony. It’s a 10 min drive down to the lake - there’s a handy Migros supermarket at the bottom of the hill on the Tenero side. The village is a 10-15 min walk away, albeit along a bendy road without a pavement, and it has some bars, a bakery., and some nice old stone houses. You also pass a pool at the base of a waterfall en route for a quick swim! We didn’t meet Markus but he was very proactive in communicating with us.

We had a great time at Ele’s place! The cozy townhouse has everything you need and is especially perfect for groups of up to 6 people, thanks to the three bathrooms and large dining table. Ele was very helpful and made our stay in Milan truly enjoyable. Thank you so much, Ele!

It is a wonderful house, in which you feel right at home. The people in the area are very friendly and Gianluigi was also very friendly to us and gave us good tips for great restaurants. A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. 5 mins walk to the lake. Lenno is a lovely town and it's easy to commute to many if the other towns around the lake.

Joshua’s place was a dream come true. I went with 7 friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. The apartment is secluded with its own garden and patio area with the most stunning view. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves the entire time - it’s only a few feet away from the front door. There’s a steep hill to the complex but we walked every day and again the view was amazing. Lierna itself is quiet and authentic - you HAVE to go to sisters cafe! Easy transport and easy to check in - would highly highly recommend and hope to come again! Thank you so much!
