One-room apartment, equipped with everything you need and with a large balcony and beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. Free parking on the premises of the residential complex. Stefano was always available for questions and always friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful accommodation, equipped with all comforts, very close to the lake and restaurants, bars, supermarket, the best thing for us....being able to enjoy relaxation in the garden. I recommend it!

Eros was very friendly with a great attitude. Well spoken English and was very helpful with our many questions. He provided reservations for us at amazing restaurants and was very responsive to our requests. The I formation in his booklet in the house is very detailed and helped us tremendously with the ferry schedules, parking and other interests. The apartment is perfect and the view from the balcony is stunning! Such a beautiful town and Stefano was a great host - I definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay when visiting lake como :)

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

The house is located on the road, next to the lake, in the very small village. Road is not too busy and it very quite at night, btw it’s better to have a car to get around. Big and beautiful garden with amazing view over the lake. Very nice to chill there during the breakfast. Also beach is across the street. Luigi and family are very nice hosts, responsive, showed things around and provided good tips. House itself is spacious and have plenty of space to store clothes. Big bath and shower with good water pressure. Good kitchen with all necessary appliances. Everything is very clean. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi speed. Supermarket is 15-20 min drive and there are few cafes nearby. There is ferry stop 10 min walk, which run few times a day to Bellagio. Overall, nice base to explore lake Como or just to relax at the beach and enjoy nature. Highly recommend.

We had such a great time visiting here. It was a bit of a walk to the house but very doable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Riccardo was extremely responsive during our visit too. Menaggio was the perfect area to stay at Lake Como. All of the charm and half of the crowds. We Hope to come back again someday.

Michele’s Airbnb is truly exceptional! The photos are beautiful, but the apartment is even more stunning in person. We loved the peaceful setting away from the crowds—it was the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking views. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and was especially well-suited for my dad, who uses a wheelchair. We felt so comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Como. It was hard to say goodbye!

Beautiful apartment in a central location with lake view We had a great time in this wonderfully located apartment. The accommodation is very central – everything is easily accessible – and the two balconies overlooking the lake are a real highlight. Although a road runs in the immediate vicinity, the noise level was surprisingly low and hardly disturbed our stay. The apartment is well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Everything was very clean and well maintained, you can immediately see that a lot of attention to detail is paid here. A big plus was also the warm hostess. We were lucky to meet her in person, which made the stay even more personal and enjoyable. We were also particularly pleased that dogs are allowed - a clear bonus for us as dog owners! We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place.

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Renato was friendly and welcoming - even picking us up from the station and giving us a quick tour of the area, as we had no car. Really enjoyed the terrace, and would recommend the place.

The stay with Nadine and Raymond was very nice. The Airbnb has all the necessary things, is super located and Nadine and Raymond always responded quickly to small questions. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.
