Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Lake Maggiore

It was a really beautiful place right next to the Lake. Giulia have us great recommendations and Always answered really quickly. There ia a Restaurant right under it, but it was Always pretty quiet anyway.

The apartment is designed to provide the necessary privacy for two families. The area is very quiet, with plenty of parking spaces. There are many interesting places that can be reached in a short time by car. Check-in was quick and Paolo was very kind.

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment with a great terrace and perfect lake view as well as a parking space right in front of the house. The town of Acquaseria is quite small, but a good starting point for excursions by car. Communication with Claudio and his family was very friendly and proactive before arrival and also on site. Definitely recommended!

The apartment had everything you needed. Domaso was also very easy to reach on foot despite the somewhat remote location of the apartment. On the terrace you could sit wonderfully and enjoy the peace. The garden invited you to relax and read. If you had any questions, you could always contact the hosts, who would get back to you right away. All around very pleasant! We'd love to come back!

Between August 12 and 16, I stayed at Emanuele's house in Agrano, a quiet and picturesque village with a splendid view and kind people. It also houses "La Morta di Agrano", a well-preserved mummy from 1792, which is said to grant favors and strolls among tourists. I spoke with her myself, even though her Italian was a bit old-fashioned. The house is comfortable and welcoming; at night it is advisable to sleep with the windows open to enjoy the air and the sounds of the countryside, but it is useful to bring a mask for the morning light. It was an excellent stay in one of the most fascinating regions of the most beautiful country in the world. Thank you, Emanuele. PS: Maybe part of the story isn't true. Or maybe it is.

This appartement was clean and tidy. Windows and balconies on both sides of the appartement building. Easy walk to the nearest pittoresque village centers (1,5 km), two beaches near by, easy to park. On the front side of the appartement building one not so nice looking old construction building which has propably been like that for years. Otherwise very good appartement with the good price. 😊👍

We stayed with Piera and her son Cristiano for 2 nights. The hosts have always been responsive in responding to our needs, the house is practically in the center of Crodo, close to all the basic necessities. Highly recommend A huge heart for the super nice and easy-going owner to the next Pieraaa ❤️❤️

This apartment has the most beautiful views from the balcony and living room. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee in the balcony and the weather was perfect - not too hot which made sitting in the sun a delight. On a hot day, a shade in the balcony would be perfect. The location is perfect as it's right next to the ferry terminal. The roadside can be a little noisy but after a while it became white noise as you take in the breathtaking view. We rented a vespa and found it very easy to move around whether by taking the ferry to Bellagio on the other side or to Menaggio, 10mins down the road. We also had a dedicated parking spot which was perfect. Irina was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved the bottle of sparkling wine that she left us on arrival. Very nice touch. It truly is idyllic and we would love to return one day. Lake Como is a magical place.

This was our second visit, we enjoyed it so much two years ago. It is a steep but lovely walk out of town away from the tourists (there is a bus if you time it right) but absolutely worth it for this delightful house with views from every window. Silvano is kind and helpful and we enjoyed olives and fresh figs from his garden.

We had a wonderful time here at Elisa’s. It felt more like visiting someone’s home than a rental apartment. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The air condition was an especially big plus during our visit. We especially loved the view to the mountains from the balcony.

Gianluigi's house is very nice and practically furnished. The location is good: you can go many sides and you have many possibilities to visit something. Gianluigi is very friendly and willing to help if needed.

We really enjoyed the time there! Absolutely recommended!! The quiet house with air conditioning was perfect for the days at the lake! Very nice beach within walking distance. Marino was available for every question in the shortest possible time, we felt in good hands!

The house is in the middle of nature with great views of the lake. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. Perfect for many walks in beautiful nature or as a starting point for exploring the beautiful villages of the surrounding area. Always happy to come back.

We had a great time! The location is fantastic, the pool and garden a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Especially great: the garden is fully enclosed, also ideal for freedom-loving dogs. Communication with Paolo was also great – he was easily accessible at all times. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

One of my favorite stays I’ve ever had. The garden is absolutely beautiful, I was woken up to the birds every morning and it felt like an oasis. The air conditioning was great. Emiliano is super friendly and warm, and making sure I had everything I needed for an excellent stay. Located just enough off the beaten path to still be close to the many lakes in the region. I would 100% recommend and stay again. Thank you Emiliano!

Our stay was amazing! The host was incredibly attentive and responsive from the start. He helped with our luggage and toys were present for the kids to play with. Communication was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nobiallo. Camillo's place felt like home. Beautiful place to return to after exploring the areas by ferry or bus which is a short distance away on foot to Menaggio. Camillo was such a kind gentleman, he gave us a ride to the bus station when we left. The views from the balcony were incredible & a highlight of the trip. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay in Milano at Michele's place was fantastic, 10/10! The apartment was so clean, comfortable, stylish, and charming I wish we could have stayed much longer. For sure we will stay here again on our next trip to Milano. Michele and Loretta were warm and friendly, it felt like we just made some new friends. They were there to greet us and show us around the apartment and Michele was able to be there to say good-bye as well. The apartment is quiet and bright (and has A/C which was nice given the warm weather) so we slept well. The stay was completely delightful and I look forward to our next visit.

We had a great stay at Verena’s place. The apartment is located about a 3 minute walk from the historic center. The parking was really convenient. We were met on arrival and let in to the apartment where everything was explained to us. The apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Very kind young man, always replied quickly and helpfully. He made me feel safe and comfortable – truly a warm-hearted person, also the family. I could always ask questions and was treated with care. I really liked it – I’ll definitely come back :)

We have had a lot of fun in Lipomo, in Mattia's apartment. It has a soul, with lots of old things around, a large double bass in the living room, a library with lots of books (Italian😀), etc. Outside, there are many places to sit and enjoy, depending on where the sun is, or if you want shade. Eugenia (mother of Mattia) has been very helpful with information and help when there have been things we have needed or wondered about. It is a short distance to Como and many of the famous places around the southern part of Lake Como, such as Nesso Bridge and Villa del Balbianello. We enjoyed the idyllic lake Montorfano, and there were also some small, cozy restaurants. Brunate is definitely recommended, both during the day and when it is dark. We highly recommend Mattias' apartment ❤️

Luigi was great since the initial message that I sent him. He is very responsive and ready to help. The check-in process was very easy and his place is super cute. Just how it is in the pictures. He also sent me a nice list of recommendations of places to go in Milan and he was also very accommodating to our needs. I will definitely recommend you coming to Luigi’s place if you come to Milan 🙂 We will for sure be back!

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend
