Holiday rentals with a balcony in Lake Maggiore

Bel appartement propre et rénové. Très fonctionnel et confortable. Dans un petit village charmant et calme dans la montagne. Proximité de la frontière suisse et du lac majeur pour faire de belles excursions ou randonnées. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Cependant, attention si vous avec une grande et large voiture, elle ne passera pas dans la rue qui mène au logement mais un parking gratuit est disponible très proche.

This place is very cozy and clean. It has all we need for a short stay. It is also in a perfect location, just need a few minutes walk to the station. We arrived way before the check-in time, and the host is very helpful - recommending us some details about where we can store the luggage. Will definitely recommend this.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Valentina qui est idéalement situé dans le quartier d’Isola ! Je recommande à 100% ce logement, attention toutefois à anticiper la question du parking si vous venez en voiture.

We loved the villa on the island! It was so beautiful and felt like you were experiencing authentic life in the village. Restaurants are all walking distance and open late. The local tourist shops and cafes close at 5pm. And there isn’t much for groceries on the island but baveno and Stresa have affordable options. Just don’t miss your ferry back to the island at 7pm! We tried a few times to find a different boat shuttle service after 7pm and they really only accommodate tours during the day.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is completely new and modernly furnished and everything you need is there. the balcony with a view of the green courtyard is beautiful, it is quiet and you are right in the center of town. We went by bike to Mengaggio on lake como, there is a great bike path. Luigi and his father are super helpful and there for all concerns. the apartment is highly recommended!

L’appartement possède une magnifique vue sur le lac majeur, encore plus belle, en vrai, qu’en photo, dans un lieu très paisible. L’appartement était très propre, fonctionnel et nous avons été très bien accueilli. A l’étage du dessous, il y avait un restaurant qui était fermé à nos dates. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

This apartment was really nice in many ways. Great location and view from the balcony, the pizzeria just beside had the best pizza we had in all our vacation in Italy this summer. The apartment was clean and really cozy! If we are going back to lake Como we are for sure renting this again🙏🏽😀

Unser Aufenthalt in Verceia als Familie mit insgesamt 7 Erwachsenen war hervorragend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, hat zwei luxoriöse Badezimmer und einen wunderbaren Grillplatz. Das Örtchen ist angenehm ruhig und hat ein tolles Cafe am Lago sowie ein tolles Restaurant. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous l’avons trouvé idéal pour notre famille ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Il a fait très beau le temps de notre séjour, nous avons donc particulièrement profité des extérieurs. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Claudia, la personne qui gère sur place la location, fut disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement et y retournerions sans hésiter !

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die den Bildern entspricht. Wer Ruhe und Natur um sich herum mag, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Der Blick auf den See ist gigantisch und Casa Il Nibio ist toll ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Tolle, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und super Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren stets verfügbar. Außerdem konnte man auch die Stand up paddle und Kanus der Unterkunft nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt am nördlichen Ende des Sees und wir haben es so empfunden, dass dadurch nicht ganz so viel los war wie in den südlicheren Ortschaften. Durch die Lage direkt an der Straße ist es etwas lauter, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Der direkte Zugang zum See war uns das allemal wert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Zeer ruim huis met een prachtig uitzicht! Alles was heel netjes schoongemaakt! Groot terras en parkeerplaats voor drie auto's. Goed contact met de vriendelijke sleutelhouder. Vanuit Gravedona is het een klein kwartiertje bergop rijden via smalle wegen met haarspeldbochten. In de directe omgeving kan je mooie wandelingen maken. Een echte aanrader als vakantieverblijf!

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Es versprüht einen ganz besonderen Charme mit typisch italienischem Flair - perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Besonders genossen haben wir die wunderschöne Terrasse, die sich ideal zum draußen Essen eignet. Das Apartment liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit Auto kein Problem. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich fußläufig in der Nähe des Apartments. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier sowie Öl und Gewürze müssen mitgebracht oder vor Ort besorgt werden. Wichtig zu bedenken ist, dass die Treppen im Apartment ziemlich steil und etwas gefährlich sind - daher eher nicht geeignet für Kinder oder Menschen mit motorische Einschränkung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für uns absolut stimmig. Wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen.

We had a wonderful stay in Verceia and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautifully refurbished with a modern yet cozy feel, and it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely outdoor space. The views from the house are truly stunning—waking up to the mountains and lake each morning was unforgettable. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, hiking, or exploring the surrounding area. We felt completely at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. This was one of the most peaceful and scenic places we’ve stayed, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.

Great place, it was really clean. I was very impressed. Close to tube stations which makes it easy to get into the centre of Milan. Horacio was a good host!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! We had a great stay in this Milan apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit — a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Milan!

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!
