A charming House by an amazing lake in the Slovenian Alps near the Soča River, and I can't recommend it enough! The house is quite old, but it's in great condition and very clean, giving it a cozy and authentic feel. The highlight of my mornings was enjoying a cup of their excellent coffee while taking in the stunning views of the lake and mountains. Absolutely breathtaking! The host provided kayaks, which made for some unforgettable trips on the lake — perfect for those looking to explore the area and enjoy some adventure. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

The house was as described and in a wonderful location to see the area. Conveniently located near the ferry terminal, bus stop, and train stop. The lake was perfect for swimming and the views of the lake were stunning. Hiking was also accessable from the BnB doorstep. Markus was very accommodating and helpful. He provided recommendations for us and was attentive to our needs. We would absolutely like to stay here again!

We loved this place, it is so warm and charming, also, very close to lake Jasna or Laghi di Fusine in Italy. I recommend Maša’s apartment!

Arrived and felt right at home! The house is superbly divided and the rooms are functionally furnished. Heidi replaced a mattress that was no longer good within a day. It's great that we were allowed to use everything. We almost inflated the bike. Because there is only one bathroom and toilet on the first floor, you could often hear the stairs creaking loudly at night. For us house dust allergy sufferers, the many carpets, upholstery and pillows are not optimal, next time we will take medication, because we would very much like to come back. Dear Anneliese, thank you very much for the wonderful 4 days we were able to spend with you. We felt at home jumping into the cold pond ❤️ in the morning, drying in the warm sun and then hiking to one of the many lakes. Life couldn't be more beautiful! And to finish, a barbecue evening under the open sky with a view of the Milky Way - a dream. A huge thank you to you and the furry friends, you made the experience even better!

We (2 adults and 3 teenagers) had a super 2 week stay. The house was very well equipped and Breda who met us on site was available for any queries during our stay and was very helpful. The location was an ideal base for exploring the region, hiking and other outdoor activities. On days when we had nothing planned it was lovely to be so close to the lake and an easy walk to the village. Erika was great to deal with. She was very communicative and left us a lovely welcome gift. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the days very much and felt very comfortable. The children also had a lot to discover and they also enjoyed it very much. We were 3 families and the house had plenty of room for us. Thank you for letting us be there.

Patricia was very helpful and kind! There were 5 of us and we had a great time, the house is 70s style but has everything you need, the outside is a large garden with a ping pong table, swing and lounger, there is also a porch where you can eat outside! Everything was clean and tidy, the only thing was the bathroom was a little uncomfortable as the bathtub was very small and therefore uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was perfect! There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine! Really everything you needed to feel at home

The place was just perfect. House is tiny but as comfy as it can be. It's the last house in a village so there is literally no one around, just pure nature and mountins surrounding a huge yard. There is even a little hidden waterfall just behing the house in a forest. House had everything we needed and it is really well equipped. Jernej was also really helpful and a great host, he met us there with fire going in an oven inside so it was already warmed up and he even gave us a carton of eggs for breakfast! Also, pictures cant justify how beautiful the whole place is. Also the place is dog friendly and our dogs enjoyed it very much. We would definitely like to book the place again.

it was a very nice, clean and organized house where close to Ossiacher See area, you can walk to the See with a wonderful view. Lots of restaurants, Pizza, gas station and super market close by, during the night you can enjoy the beautiful stars and moon on the balcony.

Our stay was great, everything we possibly needed and more was available at accommodation, very close to the lake and walking distance to Velden where you can find many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful stay in one of our favourite places in the world. Tom was an excellent host, extremely responsive and quick to help remedy a couple of issues we had. We would recommend here for anyone wanting a lovely getaway to beautiful Bohinj.

A really great place and walking distance to the lake and shops, cafes and restaurants in Krumpendorf. Only about 10-15 mins by car to Klagenfurt. The garden was fully secure for our dogs and the place had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again in the future.

We had a great stay at Dafina’s place. There were 4 of us but the sofa bed was super comfy and the blinds kept out all the light. The house has everything you need for your stay and it was spotlessly clean. The outside of the house is incredible, its location on the river is perfect for access to the lake and Dafina was so helpful with instructions for the boat and we were able to use the paddle boards. We were spoilt with the weather so used the outdoor grill both night and spent most of our time at the house in the garden dipping in the lake. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Arrived at the house late Sunday evening and the key was waiting for us in the key safe so gained entry with no problems. There were 6 of us, but the house can easily accommodate 8 as it has 3 double bedrooms and a large sofa bed. Nice, fairly large kitchen/diner which is generously equipped and has a modern induction hob. There is also a dishwasher so we hardly needed to do any washing up as there is also plenty of crockery and cutlery, so we just switched on the dishwasher at the end of our holiday. There is a bath/shower room and also a separate shower room. I don't think I have ever seen so many towels supplied when on holiday! There was no chance of us running out. A washing machine and dryer is also supplied, along with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The house is very cosy with multiple radiators in some rooms (we had to turn some of them down as it got too warm!). Out of courtesy we turned the thermostat down when out skiing for the day, so the radiators were off when we got back, but they warm up the house so quickly, we never felt cold. Christine is the perfect host and answered any questions I had promptly (using the Airbnb app). I can recommend this property without any hesitation.

We had a great stay at Ivo's house! The house is cozy and fully equipped with everything you need. It is located in a very peaceful area surrounded by forests and hills. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Ivo was very helpful and always available to answer questions and provide local tips. I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Nataša’s, it’s bigger and nicer than it looks in the photos. We rented the ground level of the house - looks like there is also a basement and upper level with separate entrances available to stay. Host was always responsive and helpful, house was spotlessly clean, and amenities provided were above and beyond. We hope to be back!

We recently stayed in this great accommodation for a week. We wanted for nothing, it was a great vacation and we really enjoyed the area. On our arrival we were greeted in a super friendly and hospitable manner and were given lots of recommendations for possible activities. This was definitely not our last time here.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and charming house in the mountains. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. Hiking trails start right from the house, the restaurants in the surrounding villages are great and soaking in the hot tub while stargazing was a lovely experience. Barbara and her family are such kind and forthcoming hosts. Everything is super clean and exactly as in the description and fotos. We warmly recommend a stay here and would be happy to come back! A great stay in a great location. An alternative to a hotel that should be considered! A short min walk to the lake thanks to Bogy’s directions, shop nearby as well. Great view from the balcony to start and finish the day! Bogy is a fantastic host. Highly recommend.
