Lake house holiday rentals in Carinthia

We had a wonderful stay! Anneliese was very friendly and accommodating. The house provided ample space for our group of 10 people, exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and also well suited for larger people. Only the kitchen equipment was a bit spartan, but this did not affect our stay. We will be happy to come back!

Even though the place is small, everything is there and well packed. There are a lot of walking paths, ski gondola is only 15 minutes away... I can recommend it.

Beautiful large and clean accommodation ☺️ very quiet. Ideal for hikes, swimming, bike tours, etc. By car, you can also get to Lake Wörthersee quickly - so plenty of activities all around. We enjoyed it very much.

We enjoyed the days very much and felt very comfortable. The children also had a lot to discover and they also enjoyed it very much. We were 3 families and the house had plenty of room for us. Thank you for letting us be there.

A really great place right on the lake. There were many excursions very close by. Nevertheless, we spent a lot of time in the garden of the property, as it is located directly on the lake and you can swim wonderfully. Markus is a nice, reliable and very relaxed host. Thank you

Patricia was very helpful and kind! There were 5 of us and we had a great time, the house is 70s style but has everything you need, the outside is a large garden with a ping pong table, swing and lounger, there is also a porch where you can eat outside! Everything was clean and tidy, the only thing was the bathroom was a little uncomfortable as the bathtub was very small and therefore uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was perfect! There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine! Really everything you needed to feel at home

The garden tiny house is in a great location, in the middle of the town, and yet it's incredibly quiet. The host gave us great tips for restaurants and nearby getaways. The cottage and its amenities are a little bit older but adequate. It served us very well for our trip to Croatia.

Highlights of the stay were the private lake access, the large garden, which is ideal for families or groups with a dog and the very good location to be a little active on vacation (e.g. hiking on the Nassfeld). For larger groups, it is recommended to book the whole place, as there are 3 residential units in the house, but the garden must be shared. In addition, the very friendly welcome and helpfulness must be highlighted by the property manager. All in all, the place left a positive impression on my friends and I.

Nice location near center of Velden, amazing view from balcony. Room was clean and prepared for our stay. Only slight problem was with communication, Armin didn't respond to Airbnb messages or SMS, so I had to call, but that's no big deal. Overall great experience.

Our stay was great, everything we possibly needed and more was available at accommodation, very close to the lake and walking distance to Velden where you can find many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

A really great place and walking distance to the lake and shops, cafes and restaurants in Krumpendorf. Only about 10-15 mins by car to Klagenfurt. The garden was fully secure for our dogs and the place had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again in the future.

The accommodation, garden and surroundings were very nice, overall very pleasant communication with the hosts, everything went well.

The apartment is in a very quiet place and has great views of the lake. Near the house there is a forest where you can walk the trail, a lake with a private master beach is a 5-minute walk away. I would like to pay special attention to the host of the house, Richard and his daughter Martini. Richard is a friendly, fun and unusual person and Martina is very responsive and enjoyable! Thank you so much!

The apartment is small but nice. There is a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a large double bed in the larger living/dining area There were three of us for a week, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location is great: there is private lake access, a beach, restaurants and other numerous child-friendly nearby excursion destinations. The contact with Richard was top: check in and out were flexible, he was very nice and accommodating and gave us tips for the area. Especially all who want to do a lot and don't want to cook 5-course menus (the kitchen is quite small) I highly recommend Richard's place!

I had a great time at Valentina's place. It is a quiet authentic Austrian village, just what I needed. The house is equipped with everything you need and your host, Valentina is absolutely kind and helpful. I had recommendations from her for nearby activities and sights as well. I had a really pleasant time there and enjoyed the beauty of the place.
