I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for warmth and relaxation. You’ll be welcomed by a beautiful spa, kind and caring hosts, and a friendly dog. We're leaving with such wonderful memories.

After two weeks of utilizing airbnbs in NZ, this property has by far been our favorite. Beautiful views, walkable to great restaurants, very clean… we can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We just hope we can return soon!

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! We had a lovely stay at Sue and Stephen’s place. It was calm, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful fruit trees — such a refreshing retreat! Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Both Sue and Stephen were friendly, responsible, and genuinely caring hosts. We accidentally left our wallet behind and only realized after reaching home. Sue was incredibly helpful and immediately offered to send it back to us via courier. So grateful for their kindness and support. Highly recommended! Athira and Rijin

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful peaceful place to stay with lovely gardens. Fun to see the cows running in the fields nearby. Nice breakfast items including fresh fruit, milk, juice, yogurt, honey, cereal, bread and jelly.

Beautiful property. So close to the biking trails. Peaceful setting. Happy chirping birdies. Well cared for property with a bounty of flora to brighten your spirits.

Megan’s place was a great home away from home for our family plus dog while we painted our home. Good variety of cook wear. Room for our young boys and dog. Friendly neighbour.

This place is great! We were a big family group, and the house worked out perfectly. Lovely location, nice and quiet with lots of space for the kids to play. Pauly was an excellent communicator, so everything was easy. We would come back for sure.

Great place to stay, quiet location and accessible to the main centre. Layout of the house was great with older kids space and adults space. Clean and tidy space with a great deck space outside

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Teresa and Peter’s place. Having a second bedroom for our 15 month old to sleep in worked out well. Teresa had kindly placed some breakfast items in the fridge for us and Denver the dog would constantly drop fresh avocados outside our door. The tree-lined driveway ushers you up a hill to the main house and detached apartment that has magnificent views over the countryside towards the Kaimai Ranges from the lounge and main bedroom . The large wooden deck is a great place to relax and take in the scenery after a long drive. Matamata has a good choice of restaurants just 5 mins away. I highly recommend this AirBnB. It is clean, modern, well appointed and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed for 18 nights, Fantastic place to stay short or long term. Personally my long term stay was perfect. They gave me a off street car park for my work UTE, it has its own access to the unit/room so you can come and go as you please. little kitchenet for cooking, a very big bathroom and a open plan living area. WIFI was super fast and a nice heat pump for heating or cooling. The area was definitely in more of a up market area which makes it feel very safe. It was only a 10min walk to a big Westfield mall or 2 mins by car. Would 100 percent stay again.

Awesome wee modern cottage only about 5 minutes from Kati Kati township. Would happily stay again.

Had a great stay and Julian and Frances’s place. Communication was excellent and the place was clean and tidy. Bonus having the pool right outside the front door.

The cottage is gorgeous. Well set out, with everything you need for a short or long term stay. The bed was really comfy, so comfy in fact we ended up sleeping in. Excellent communication from Frances and Julian & Molly the cat was another touch that added to the experience. Would absolutely stay here again

A wonderful place which catered for our guests aged from 8 to 80. All our quests said it was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. Rhonda and Dean were the perfect hosts and everything was explained to us very well. Worked so well for us as a location for our quests to stay to join us in our Birthday celebration. Thank you!

lovely peaceful country setting, perfect for a short trip away to escape the hustle and bustle. Beautiful property and well kept, the kids loved the chickens and finding monarch butterfly hatching from the swan plants. Norma is super helpful and got the property baby proof before we arrived with our toddler. Highly recommend

This is a lovely little semi rural retreat with great amenities. The little bars of chocolate, fresh fruit and flowers were a great personal touch. Julian was excellent to deal with and very responsive to my questions. A great place to stay.
