Great location for our family gathering! Lots of bedrooms each with its own bath is a must for us. We were very thrilled with wildlife right at the Windy Point property. Like having our own private nature preserve. The Osprey were so active and some were nesting, the Great Horned Owl greeted us every morning and the baby alligators and turtles came out for sun later in the day. The number and variety of Herons was spectacular! Not to mention songbirds, Egrets, Cranes, Limpkins, Ibis, Cardinals, Swallows, on and on. Perfect place for our family to gather, make food, play board games, relax. The folks from Alaska and Michigan really appreciated the winter climate here and everyone enjoyed having a clean pool and hot tub that actually work as advertised! Went by so fast. We are keeping Windy Point in mind for a future family gathering for sure.

We loved our stay at the lake house. Backyard with pool overlooking the canal was beautiful & peaceful. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking; lots of board game options provided. We took a nice walk after dinner in their neighborhood. Amy was quick to respond with any questions we had. Will definitely stay again at her home when we come to town!

The listing was accurate with both the pictures and the description. The pool was in great shape and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home on lakefront with amazing views. We loved that the nearby boat ramp was accessible to launch our boat. Kids loved the game/movie room. Host was very informative and responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommend the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay. Very clean in every room. Bed was comfortable to sleep. Quiet street as well. Pool was crystal clear to use even though it was still a little too cold to swim in (though we could sit on the edge to keep cool). Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

The home and location were absolutely beautiful. Tucked in the cove on Lake Henry, with a stunning dock view and patio area. The home was clean, and plenty of space for our big family to have room hanging out and in the kitchen. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary just with our immediate family. We simply had a blast at Nicki’s place. Her agent, Tiffany was super friendly and helpful. They had everything a family could imagine for a long weekend Lake House vacation. Can’t wait to go back there.

The home was very peaceful for a lakehouse getaway. It had everything needed, was uniquely decorated, and nicely furnished. Communication with the host and simple check-in/out was appreciated. Would recommend if staying in Lake Placid as it is close to town and the other larger lakes in the area.

Was wonderful! The scenery was amazing and there was a small store nearby that we could run to.

We had a fabulous time - the home is extremely comfortable, kitchen well kitted out, and the beds were a dream! Not to mention hanging outside grilling, on the dock fishing,and canoeing. Highly recommend! Thanks for being such a great host, Tim!

Very nice little place on the water. I was in town for a race and found everything to be just as described. Nice selection of cookware and there were some toiletries in the bathroom, which was much appreciated. Definitely will be looking this place up again when I come to town next time.

It was my first time using this service. It was an awesome stay. We were able to do wash when needed. Each of us had a room. The lake view was spectacular to look at in the morning. I plan on staying here the next trip I take to Sebring. Thanks Nicole for everything Sincerely John

Our group of 9 enjoyed a comfortable stay! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed playing shuffleboard and fishing in the lake. Highly Recommended!!!

House was nicer than the pictures. Tons of wildlife to watch. Convenient location to boat ramp. An outet on dock to charge batteries woukd be helpful for fisherman. House was clean and in good working order. Door lock was a little tricky to figure out but not too difficult. Overall a great place to stay.

The home was beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need to enjoy you getaway. Huge dock has wonderful views and a great place to relax or fish. Janet was super accomodating and her communication is excellent, always responding quickly. The place is really clean and up-to-date, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. 100% reccommend if you need a place in the area as the pictures and descriptions Janet provides on the site are accurate. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again next summer. Thank you Janet!

We loved Daniel’s place so much that I don’t even know where to start except to say our stay was exceptional!! Don’t hesitate, book this place RIGHT NOW!! We love MCMs, and even if you don’t know what that is, this house is absolutely gorgeous and huge!! It’s spotless inside and has every single thing you could ever think of needing! It’s so beautifully furnished and is so relaxing and peaceful and in such a lovely neighborhood! The yard is an oasis!! We had coffee outside and enjoyed smelling the beautiful jasmine and seeing all the tropical plants! We had a truly awesome visit in the true sense of the word awesome. We just loved it! I think we walked around the house with our mouths hanging open when we first got there- this was an absolute jewel of an AirBnB and I just wish that we could have stayed longer! Daniel and Jeremy thought of everything and are great at giving recommendations if you need them. Super kind and knowledgeable hosts who have created a small paradise in Sebring!

Well worth it, clean and tidy great communication and hospitality. Would recommend it to anybody that wants get away for a few days.

Stay was great, the pool was wonderful. There was plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed which was a very nice surprise. We did not want our time to end, would definitely stay again only next time for a little bit longer.

Beautiful views, well equipped with toys, kitchen supplies, water activity equipment, nice yard. Our two families had plenty of room and really appreciated how clean and well stocked the home was. One the most responsive hosts we’ve dealt with, first class home all around.
