Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Havasu

Our stay at this Lake Havasu home was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool—it was absolutely amazing. It felt like our own private oasis. Another standout aspect of our experience was the host, Brianna. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, she was just a message away. It really made a difference knowing we had such a reliable host. The location was also ideal—just minutes from the lake, restaurants, and local shops. Whether we were heading out for a day on the lake or grabbing dinner in town, everything was conveniently close. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu and are already looking forward to coming back!

The stay at Kristi place was amazing! Cons: Resort office staff were rude and office closes at 4 (don't be late for check in). This is a trailer park resort with the spaces crammed on top of each other (not private). Front door was not obvious to find so it took me a minute to get inside. Place is small and the floors were slightly dirty. No ice maker which would be nice. Pros: Getting inside was easy once I found the front door. The location is absolutely gorgeous and you will definitely meet new people. The beach is right below the deck and you can carry kayaks up and down the stairs with relative ease. I felt comfortable leaving my kayaks on the beach as it's only accessible to resort guests. Beds were super comfortable. Appliances were very nice and newer models. Deck and view of the lake are AMAZING! The whole vibe is adorable and Kristi was SUPER responsive and offered to have her cleaners come for the floors. I loved this place and definitely will revisit another time!

Becky's place was very comfortable. We picked this place because it was pet friendly. Because it was pet friendly we thought it might not be as clean but it was very clean! The beds are comfortable too! We did not see any evidence of any other pets that have stayed there. If I had to pick one thing to work on I would say new towels and linens as they are a little aged. Also we did not see any dishtowels or cleaning rags so we had to use paper towels to wipe down and our own boat rags we had brought. So make sure you bring extra paper towels. We would stay here again as it was very comfortable for our kids and pets. Becky even gave us the options of checking in early and checking out late which was a bonus!

Love the house and pool area. We had all the comforts of home. Beautiful yard and well maintained. Information book was spot on and easy to understand. All in all it was exactly what we wanted and provided us with a great vacation. Also would recommend this to all our friends. Thanks again.

Took our annual Memorial Day weekend trip and it was one for the books. House is easy to find, clean, host is very responsive.

My family loved staying here! The house was so clean and perfect for our getaway. We had some problems with our boat so having a huge garage WITH AC was SO convenient for working on it in the middle of the day. We also loved the added convenience of a commercial ice machine and the kids loved the pool. We’re overall very impressed that this house comfortably housed multiple families and two boats. Kelly also had great communication with us throughout our stay and was very helpful. We’re already looking into when we can come back and stay here again!

This was our first time staying at an AirBnB, we had a great experience. The home was very clean and comfortable. Samantha was very responsive to all messages. It offers great amenities, We would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of parking and activities to keep the kids busy. Having 2 refrigerators was great bc we had lots of food/drinks. Place was perfect. We would definitely book again.

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

We truly appreciate Dennis for accommodating us on such short notice. His home is beautifully designed, extremely clean, and made for a very comfortable stay. There’s plenty of parking, and the neighborhood is peaceful while still being conveniently close to local restaurants and shops. Thank you, Dennis, for your hospitality!

This was our first time to Lake Havasu. We were searching for a place that was close to the bridge and some activities. This condo is walkable but also a very short drive. It met out needs very well.

Great ! 10 stars! I choose airbnb by location. Location was 1 mile from lake ( i walked to lake everyday, body beach, london bridge, channel, rotary park). Best part - downtown area was one block by walking. Bowling, resturants, bars, and shops. Smiths grocery store was 1 block by walking. I felt right at home! I cooked everyday. I felt very safe. The pool was clean and warm. The bed comfy and clean. 2 TVs had many options. Bathroom was private and clean. I had everything I needed for a whole month! Communication was great and I felt the host was available to me when I had concern or q. I highly recommend this gem! AC system and WiFi works great. 1st floor easy access. Mail delivery was easy. Had plenty of towels. I am truly greatful for this amazing gem and the location really cannot be beat. I stayed for a month without a car and explored a lot of lake havasu lake and social scene. Thank you many times to my great host! Highly reccomend to solo and family travelers! Best!

Super cute and clean condo. Loved that it’s quiet, safe and we felt right at home! The pullout sofa bed was comfortable! Perfect location right next to rotary park. Great price, we will definitely stay again. It’s bigger than the pictures portray! We also used the pool and it was very nice.

beautiful condo, made us feel right at home. we are a family of seven, four of which are small children and we all slept comfortably. fully furnished apartment had everything you would need. we loved our stay and location and would love to stay in this exact place again next year ☺️ the host even let us check in earlier than the expected time and allowed me to add a last minute guest! thank you for a lovely vacation my family will remember forever!! 🥰

The perfect place! Only 15 minute walk to everything we wanted to do including the lake, food, gas station and the bars. The space was spacious, cute, and stocked with all little things you might need. Kipp was responsive and super helpful especially when we were need of an emergency laundry situation.

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!
