Frank is a stand up host. With our particular stay he was super responsive and one of the best host of an absolutely beautiful bnb to date. If he will ever allow me again I recommend this hm 10 or 10 for a party of 4-6 for sure. Neighbors are also very helpful and nice people.

Debbie’s place was perfect for our weekend out at Lake Havasu. It was well taken care of and absolutely beautiful. Outside entertainment area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather with friends and family. Kitchen came stocked with everything you could need as far as spices, utensils, and cookware. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or long vacation.

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

Jesse was a great host and very informative about everything. Place was very clean and close to all the downtown places we wanted to go to and the lake. Will be back.

Only a 15 minute uber to London bridge area and very peaceful location. Hot tub is great for nighttime star gazing and warms right up after turning it on. Kitchen is spacious and easy to move around. Didn’t notice the island was mobile so that was a nice surprise.

The house was easy in and out. Good boat parking and close to the store and shopping. We enjoyed our stay

This place is a great little place. Very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped for an extended stay. Host response not satisfactory. Notified her that the garbage disposal and one of the tv FireSticks were not working. Was told to use a broom handle to free the garbage disposal and reset the FireStick. After attempting both of her ‘remedies’… she was notified that both were still in operational. The disposal was never addressed. I went 38 days with no garbage disposal which caused the sink to back up several times. And was told to leave the inoperable Fire Stick in the drawer and never addressed further. On check out day, I was scolded by the Host for not notifying her that I had left by agreed check out time. The place is VERY nice. The Host… not so much.

This team that owns these properties as so great. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and totally on top of things. I've stayed a lot of places over the years. The ownership or management was always good. But the owners here were super helpful, connected us with local resources we needed, very accommodating. Totally above and beyond. If you have a boat or off road vehicle, this townhouse is perfect. We were able to back in our trailered SxS and truck with room to spare in the toy garage. I cook when we travel and the kitchen had the basic cookware I needed to make meals. Place was very clean, sound system was awesome for movies at night, close to everything but far away enough to feel at ease and unplugged from crazy days out on the water or in the desert. Nice and quiet. The pool was perfect to cool off the couple times we needed to. This place was exactly perfect for our needs. Will absolutely stay again!

The Casita was very clean and conveniently located to Rotary Park and the downtown area. The host was very responsive and flexible when it came to checking in and out. This was our first Airbnb and proved to be a great experience.

This was our family’s first time with an Airbnb. Debbie made it a WONDERFUL experience! She’s communicative, the home itself was immaculate and extremely clean and organized. We felt like we were at home 🥰 The pool was gorgeous and so much fun! We can’t wait to book another visit 🥳
