Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Havasu

Spent the weekend with my friends and wanted to find a home that suited all of us. This place was phenomenal! Tons of room, great views, close to the lake, within distance of everything you can think of. Would absolutely stay here again! 10/10!

Great house, nice pool. We feel right at home, the home is in a great neighborhood. You can see the lake from the front yard which is a plus!Love the open concept of the home. Great host, can’t wait to come back.

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

We had a great stay at Havasu Lux for a guy's weekend trip. Everyone commented that the house really made the weekend because we felt like we didn't need to leave the house at night to have a good time. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely consider a return trip in the future!

From booking the house to checking out Jared is the go to!! I picked the perfect place for a Father’s Day weekend getaway. Everything is as pictured, very helpful, communicative, kind host. Amazing home! We felt right at home and so comfortable being there. They provide everything you can imagine to make the stay easy and convenient! Shannon is an amazing host and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. Great house for families with babies and dogs. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Such a nice area to stay! Very responsive and helpful hosts, and a perfect description of the condo. Stayed for 3 nights, and wish we could’ve stayed longer especially because of how great the price a night is. Everything you can possibly need is at the condo, and you feel right at home.

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

We truly appreciate Dennis for accommodating us on such short notice. His home is beautifully designed, extremely clean, and made for a very comfortable stay. Our family of 3 had a great time at Kara’s place. We felt right at home. The location is amazing, right next to Rotary Park and walkable London Bridge. Highly recommend!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

Bryant is a great host, proactive, responsive, and clear! The place was great, open floor plan plenty of room and provided a paddle board and a float! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed staying in Michelle’s place for Memorial Day weekend. Even though there were many people at the lake that weekend, the condo itself was very quiet. It was great to be walking distance to the lake. The decorations were really nice and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This was our second time staying at Anne’s place. Just like the first time, her place was clean and she was very communicative. The location is less than a mile to London Bridge, so it’s very convenient. We would stay there again! Thank you Anne!!

The perfect place! Only 15 minute walk to everything we wanted to do including the lake, food, gas station and the bars. The space was spacious, cute, and stocked with all little things you might need. Kipp was responsive and super helpful especially when we were need of an emergency laundry situation.

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!
