Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Fork

We stayed at the Stilt House during a fishing trip to Lake Fork. The house was better than advertised and the whole setup was perfect to accommodate a fishing boat. Super close to a few nice boat launches. The hosts have done a great job with providing anything you would need for a great stay and their communication was perfect (not too much, not too little). Anyone looking for a place to stay for a trip to Lake Fork should definitely give this serious consideration.

I can't say enough great things about Kaylee and this house! I planned a surprise trip for my family to reunite with their sibling in Grand Saline, and Kaylee was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She kindly allowed me to book the home on their behalf and was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. My family had a wonderful time — the house was clean, comfortable, and had everything they needed for a relaxing stay. This experience meant so much to all of us, and we're so grateful for Kaylee's kindness and hospitality. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

This is our 5th time staying here and it is always wonderful. We has such a great girls weekend cooking in the kitchen and sitting on the patio. Even though this time we watched more TV because it rained the whole weekend. It was still relaxing. Looked forward to next year. Thank you Joel.

Fantastic stay for a wedding weekend! Was very comfortable for 3 couples. We all had our own bathroom and a great living and dining area to accommodate all of us. Liz was very responsive and you can tell she is a host that goes the extra mile! Would recommend for anyone in East Texas.

The home was perfect for my young family of four, + two grandparents and exactly as described, a beautiful location. It was seemingly all brand new inside and spotless, which was extremely appreciated after previous vacation rentals. The excessive June rain caused the dock/yard to be underwater -absolutely not the hosts fault- The younger family members walked through/stood in the water to fish and swim from it anyways. For future June rainfall guests: The lake is separated by a bridge, the home is located off of this bridge. The home is on the small section and the rest of the lake is under the bridge. The water level meant we couldn't boat under the bridge to return the older folks directly to the house during the heat of the day. If your bringing old folks who need to be inside during midday, I'd advise guests to check expected rainfall for June in the year they rent. If you've got a young family June is no problem.

Absolutely loved this place! Peaceful, and relaxing. Look forward to coming back next summer.

The Perfect Place for Our Wedding! We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to say “I do” than this beautiful ranch. The setting was absolutely stunning—peaceful, private, and full of natural charm. What made it even more special was the gorgeous house on-site, which offered the ideal space to relax after the celebration. Our family enjoyed every minute, especially the kids who had a blast swimming in the pool! Having everything in one place—from the ceremony to the reception to the overnight stay—made the day feel seamless and intimate. We’ll always remember the joy, the laughter, and the love we shared here. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to host a wedding that feels personal, cozy, and unforgettable.

The home is incredible and the host /Nicole was helpful and quickly responded to all messages before and after trip. There is nothing I can complain about. I wish it was my home!! I would love to go back!

What a great place! we thoroughly enjoyed the location and the home itself. the only thing we were bummed about is most of the amenities were closed down. But, the pool was great on the West Side. We spent our time fishing, swimming, and walking the nature trails.

I really can’t say enough about this property! Although our stay was very short, we had everything we needed and more! Beautiful home for a quick getaway, but even more gorgeous if you were planning a wedding or an event! Even though Angela was preparing for a wedding, she was more than accommodating and answered questions in the most timely fashion. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home/ranch with us! We will most definitely be back when we travel that way again!

It was perfect for our quick weekend to Tyler for a baseball tournament. The pool was very convenient on our off time when it was hot. Very quiet complex and it was very nice being able to bring our dog with us.

Heather was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with….super friendly and helpful with all my questions. The neighborhood was a lake community, with mostly RVs and trailers. I was expecting more traditional houses in the gated community but I didn’t fully research the area. Overall our experience was pleasant and the cottage was adorable. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved the rental. It was clean, very well taken care of, excellent amenities, and tucked into a beautiful location. We intend to be a return customer, next time staying for a longer period of time!

What a lovely and charming cottage! Clean, comfortable and just the perfect place for rest! I was so thankful to come back to this cottage after a long, hard day of work. It was so much nicer to be in this space rather than an anonymous hotel. I felt safe and comfortable and the host, Carrie was always available to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely stay again!

This was our get away, away from the city life. It was peaceful and relaxing. Just what we were looking for. Our fur babies loved it as well.

The cabin was beautiful. it was so peaceful to sit outside. We saw plenty of deer that came right in the backyard, we also saw some fox. My 7 year old granddaughter loved seeing all of the wildlife. I would definitely stay there again. Just wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities.

Kathy's place is the perfect spot to visit Sulphur Springs and the surrounding area. It is only a few minutes drive to the quaint downtown area. Slaughter's BBQ is some of the best that we have ever had (we have visited many of the famed 50 Best BBQ in TX locations). The house is very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was incredible. Kathy provides everything you need for a quality stay. Above and Beyond - Kathy helped coordinate having flowers delivered for a surprise birthday gift. Kathy and her husband were aware that we were going to use the fire pit and that there was rain in the forecast so they made sure there was dry wood under the carport for us to use. We have stayed at Airbnb's all over the world and Kathy is one of the most gracious hosts ever.

I had a great one-night stay at this townhouse! It was incredibly clean, spacious, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The layout made it feel very open and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a roomy, well-kept place to stay!
