Lake house holiday rentals in Lake Eildon

Fantastic location across the road from the lake. The house is set out great for extended families/friends with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and items left in the pantry are handy if you forget something, there are also plenty of games and dvd's for the kids, although we didn't use these as the weather was perfect for lake activities. Communication with host is fantastic, Anthony was very responsive. The house could do with a deep clean (window sills, skirtings etc) but we were more than comfortable and would consider staying again. Thank you Anthony.

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend by the lake. The cottage was cosy and comfortable and in a great location with a gorgeous view over the water. The kitchen was really well-appointed with plenty of everything we needed to make a meal. The beds were comfy and the shower had great water pressure! It rained most of our stay but we kept warm and dry with the lovely fire and watched DVDs - there were loads to choose from. When the rain cleared it was an easy drive into Mansfield and the hosts left great recommendations for coffee, shopping and meals. We also went for some lakeside walks and tried our hands at fishing - all right out the front of the cottage. Our host was so responsive and friendly offering great recommendations and advice and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

Loved the location and had a great time staying here. Easy to walk the kayak from the front door to the lake and we enjoyed ourselves at the local boat club pub

I almost don’t want to give this place 5 stars, just so we can keep it to ourselves!!!! This is the most beautiful home and surroundings you will find in Mansfield. Clean, roomy and has all you need, with private access to the lake, which is absolutely perfect for boats and jetski’s. If you think it can’t get better wait until you meet Nell. She is an amazing host, so thoughtful, great with communication and has all the friendly tips for your drive and stay. We felt right at home here and without a doubt will be back to make many more great memories.

My family and I spent the weekend at Taylor’s Bay. The host was kind enough to let us check-in earlier due to travelling with a toddler and infant baby. The kids had a great time exploring the property, less than a minute walk down to the lake which was a bonus. The property was very well equipped with everything that you need. Tables and chairs to accommodate a big family like ours!

Beautiful accommodation with stunning views. Very peaceful and quiet location. Samantha gave great recommendations before our trip. Very close to the local brewery which served great food.

Hanna is a responsive host .She communicates as like friends.The accommodation was splendid. We loved it all the pictures we saw on add same like we found at place. It is located near to lake ,it increases the value of accommodation and this makes it attractive 😍. Whole house was prestine .We had a great experience at this place. In conclusion, we loved this accommodation .

Such a delightful stay at Libby and Damian's place. Sitting on the couch by the fire and looking out to the fields was perfect for a weekend away, and with some complimentary bubbles was just the cherry on top. The place had everything we needed and was pristine, with clear instructions on how to use everything. We loved the local recommendations and are so grateful for the offer of a late checkout when the cleaners were going to be later to arrive. Would be comfortable for a family or larger group and wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Thanks Libby and Damian!

This was our second stay in this incredible home. The second workshop I’ve held here. This house is incredible! We absolutely love staying here. The special touches make it too. The incense, essential oils, organic skin products. I also want to celebrate the luscious bath towels, this is something many Air BnB’s miss. We will be back again. We had a great stay, Two family’s with young kids, spent the weekend on the water, swimming, fishing, water sports! Great for boats with pontoon available on the water, got some great recommendations from friendly neighbours on things to go around the area! Overall great stay

We had a fabulous time in Nagambie. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully, with the biggest & most comfortable couch I have come across. Located close to the main street & lake, our stay was so much fun.

The house was every bit as described, it felt like a home away from home. Tim was inviting and accepting of pets, most say they are but have massive restrictions in place, Tim allowed us to have our fur family member included in the whole experience. I can not reccomend this accomodation enough.

We had a fantastic stay in Warburton! The accommodation was cozy, clean, and in a great location—close to everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. We visited the stunning Redwood Forest, took in the views from Mount Donna Buang, and enjoyed a peaceful walk through the Rainforest Gallery. The setting was peaceful and scenic, and the host made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking to unwind and explore the beautiful surrounds of Warburton!

we had no water on the 3rd day of our stay so we had to cut it short 2 day earlier other wise everything is very hood the owner was there to meat ang great me and my family. but I think we should of got refund for 2 day that we didn't stay there because of the water issue

Thank you Glenn and Lisa for our stay, was nice to have met you on our arrival to show us around. Location and views ticked all the boxes as to the home set up and cleanliness. Night time stars and satellites ...the last night stay were storms, that was the best. Had some very hot days, so downstairs was the place to be, very cool with air conditioner. Our pets were managed out the front on leads/ropes or top deck in sight of us. Very central to townships for takeaways or pub meals. For toddlers its vital for them to have shoes or slippers on, as the levels of flooring to tiles is raised slightly causing a few injuries to toes as to the top deck. All in all, it was a fun filled happy family gathering for the 70th birthday. I would recommend Glenn's and Lisa's home. All the best and Thanks again. Kind Regards Christine

Absolutely wonderful home. Very spacious and comfortable. Great outdoor area with BBQ and a beautiful view of the lake. House has everything you need and is located just across the road from the lake. Plenty of room to bring/park the boat. Would highly recommend.

Such a great place for families, beautiful views from each room, very private and peaceful. We were greeted by the cows on arrival which was a joy for our 3 year old. House is so comfortable, and with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing time away, the host has thought of every little detail to ensure guest are comfortable. We certainly intend on returning.

Two families had a great stay! Lots for the kids to do to keep them entertained and walkable to town for restaurants and ice cream! The lake was very accessible for morning kayak rides and a spot of fishing. Will be back!

I stayed here with a group of friends and the house was fabulous! Not only does it have a beautiful outdoor setting, with the trees, creek and fire pit, it was also really well set up inside; with plenty of coffee mugs, wine glasses and cheese knives to get us through! Really was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend away. Comfortable and practical as well as beautiful. Would recommended to any groups looking for somewhere to stay in the King Valley.

The house was clean, tidy and well maintained. We liked that every single detail was kept in mind while it comes to a family stay and we were 3 families staying with kids, we felt comfortable at Lindsay and Rob's place, with loads of everyday things provided with no extra cost. They really made their best effort to make our stay feel like home. Very peaceful, beautiful surroundings, big balcony with tremendously lovely view, kids loved bunk beds, mattresses were comfortable to sleep on. Clean rooms, clean carpets with no smell. Everything was best. I would rate 9.5/ 10, few things in pantry are expired since 2020, which really need to be thrown away as some guests might accidentally use them without checking the expiry date, but again it is not a big deal if guests are vigilant. No other issues at all. We enjoyed the log fireplace. Really a great effort to provide logs for fireplace as well. Overall, we loved the place. Keep it up the good work, guys.

Fantastic house, ideal for the family getaway we planned with our daughter, son in law, and two grandchildren (grandson 2/1/2 yrs and granddaughter 11 months). The living space, highlighted by the gas log fire, affords great views of the surrounding hills and the location provides easy access to town and a number of points of interest. Our grandson particularly enjoyed spending time by the river and at a number of local playgrounds. We were happy to do a bit of exploring but spending time in the house was equally as enjoyable.
