Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Dardanelle

This property has ample indoor and outdoor space, lot's of privacy, and excellent views! We enjoyed the various seating options throughout the days and evenings. The interior decorations were enjoyable! Host communication from checkin to checkout was excellent and very timely. The place is aptly named as the river views are unmatched in this area and can be enjoyed from multiple vantage points. The fire pit worked great for the evening! We will keep this place on our list for return trips.

This place is super nice! Easy to get there. Beautiful property. We saw a bald Eagle flying overhead, and I listened to the frogs and the owls in the early morning sitting under the back porch. It worked perfectly for us and I will rebook in the fall here again!

Great spacious place for a big group that want to stay altogether. Doug was so responsive and friendly. Everything was great and my large family were able to commune with one another and catch up and even play games indoors and outdoors. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a large secluded peaceful place!

A friend of 40 years from St Louis met me (from Austin) for a fishing & catch-up trip after having not seen each other in 3 years. We had a great time remembering old times, fishing and playing cards for 3 days. The location was ideal - private, a great dock and plenty of water to run around on in our inflatable boat. We only left the property twice for little grocery needs. The place is very clean, stocked and comfortable. I always like a good hot shower and after being caught out on the water in a rain storm that shower was heaven. With all the rain we had, it was nice being able to park under the two car shelter. Due to miscommunication between us - the keys were locked in the house. Rollin & Linda were there within 20 minutes and opened the door for we two old dummies!! THANKS again for that! Having driven for 10 hours that day I was very happy to get back inside for a shower and a nap. So, we had a pleasant stay, garnered some new memories and may be back in a couple years!!

This was a GREAT, quiet place for a weekend getaway!

The bed was very comfortable.

Our host was incredible. We went for a bachelor trip - a bunch of Catholic Men wanting to hide in the woods - and this cabin was everything we could've hoped it to be. The firepit area was beautiful, clean, and roomy. There was firewood already split and stacked. The path to the dock was clean, the dock itself was peaceful and beautiful, and the drive out there was long and winding, creating a true sense of peace of seperation. We ran into wifi problems, which did put a small damper on things, but not enough to take away from a 5 star experience. The host communicated while working through the issues on the phone (you can imagine how those hours long calls went), fixed the issue before we left, and supposedly switched providers to prevent it happening to future guests. We had a great trip, took some of the local recommendations they provided, and that cabin acted as a mini chapel for us to prepare for the joy of marriage just a few weeks later. Great trip, great place, great host.

Great place and great host. Loved the area and really enjoyed all of the supplied firewood. Property just as described and overall was a wonderful stay.

Excellent. Perfect place to come back to after a long hard day of work. The dogs greeting me on the last day was a great little break from my work schedule. I look forward to going back.

Matt was very responsive & accommodating to our last minute plan. Cottage number three was clean and had everything we needed, and the hot tub was enjoyable after a long day. If you enjoy staying off the beaten path but close enough to the attractions, this is for you! With Cottage 1 & 2, this would be a great place for a family reunion. Looking forward to returning & staying longer.

Had a great stay in Cottage #2. Appreciated that the instructions were clear for check in & check out. Initially received the wrong door code via message from the host, but luckily the booklet left in the cottage contained the correct code. Matt was very responsive to all questions I had which I appreciated greatly & offered help with my inquiries. The space also had a kitty that visited daily who was very friendly. I would stay again.
