Sarah was an exceptional host! The house was a perfect place for our family vacation of 11 people—grandparents, parents, and kids of all ages. We loved having enough space for everyone and especially enjoyed time on the porch together!

We planned this trip months in advance. Unfortunately a couple days before our trip a tornado went through the area. She immediately contacted us when she learned the power was out. We decided to go to the house and see if it had been restored but the power was still out. Megan went above and beyond to help us and was able to provide us another place to stay. We had a wheelchair bound family member with us so we were not easy to accommodate. We were not at this original location long but it was clean and as described. I know it would have been a great place to stay.

My daughter and I loved the cabin! We are keeping it saved so the next time we get rained out of our campsite we are going there. My daughter's favorite part was the stairs to the loft. Luckissa was the perfect host. She checked on us in the morning and I hope to see her again.

Lake Cumberland - 9 bedrooms 7 baths, 20 beds. Great for big groups. New SwimSpa (large hot tub/small lap pool) & sauna! 1/2 mile from Beaver Creek Marina. 2 Large decks, 1 of which is covered, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms and outdoor/ indoor dining for up to 30+. Lots of games (skeeball, popashot, arcade, air hockey, etc). 1st floor has no stairs. Must be comfortable with stairs for the 2nd floors. Plenty of boat/truck parking. Only 8 miles to town. It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Also has an ATV trail to lake!! Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

This centrally-located midcentury bungalow sits on almost an acre with two bedrooms and a jack and jill bath. This place was the perfect spot for my friends to gather for the extended weekend. The beach/lake access area wasn’t too far away. Other than the smoke alarm going off every time we cooked, there was plenty to do between games and tv.
