My family had a wonderful stay at Jessica's beautiful beach house! She was a VERY responsive host, and everything was exactly as described. The furnishings are comfortable, and everyone slept well each night. The sea-side decor was lovely and tasteful, and so fun to look at and admire! Highly recommend!

Heathers home was absolutely stunning, pictures don’t do it justice. Hope to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful and was very clean. We enjoyed the game additions and the pool was great. We would 100% recommend and we will definitely be returning. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at.

Perfect location in Port A. Best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. Tons of good TP, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. Blue tooth speakers all over the house. Tons of sand toys, beach chairs and pool toys. Pool area was a hit with our group. Golf cart was included and worked well. The only downside (which still wouldn’t keep me from staying again) was that the ice maker kept tripping the gfci and some doors are warping due to the salt and humidity so they were hard (especially for kids) to get closed. Michelle was super accommodating to all of our requests. She let us check in early for no extra charge and had someone come clean the pool for us after a storm asap. This is a great rental for a big group! 10/10 recommend

I really appreciated Kristie’s cabin design and her thoughtfulness in color scheme. I’m an art person so I really value those things—being surrounded by a beautiful space matters. She was very helpful when I couldn’t quite figure out where the cabin was. Very nice people and quick response time “. Will definitely book with her again next time I am in Rockport.

My family came to Kingsville for our son's winging. This wonderful home was perfect for our multi-generation family. The home was very clean and enough rooms and conversational areas, that no one was on top of each other! The home was very close to the Navy base, which was great. We all enjoyed the home and reccomend it very highly {along with the wonderful host}. Thank you Adrian!!

This is a great place to stay!! My husband and I de use to getaway from the city at the very last minute during the weekend and we lived the whole experience of feeling right at home while at the beach!! Thank you Chris!

We had the best time at Cleo’s home! The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished. We loved the pool and the round couch to sit and talk at. We also loved the wide varieties of plants and the palm trees in the backyard! The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very very safe. We are looking forward to coming back as soon as we can!

Was a wonderful stay for our Honeymoon! Whatever we needed they were quick with responses and action. The beach home was cozy, quiet,clean, and safe. We really loved the balcony area, wake up to a beautiful sunrise and end your day with a beautiful sunset. We normally have a hard time sleeping in a bed that isn’t our own… but we slept like babies every night. By the way everything was a close drive. We will be back!

Melissa was a perfect host with the perfect get away. We loved how it was peaceful and relaxing along with all the information that we may need. I would highly recommend this listing, if you’re wanting to take yourself from the regular world life.

Rebecca is an amazing host! She’s proactive, timely in response and super helpful! The house was all we needed and more for the week! Plenty of space to stretch out, even in the backyard next to the pool! We even loved the ice maker in the kitchen…was great to have fresh ice and not have to buy bagged ice. Beds were comfortable, too. Such great place to stay in Corpus!

Had a great stay. The house was great, plenty of comfy seating and dining table space. The view of the bay and sunset were stunning. A little dip in the pool was great too since we picked a pretty hot weekend to stay. The added bonus was the ping pong table and our family tournament! Peyton checked in with us and made sure all our needs were met. Would definitely recommend this place if you have a large group!

Place was more than expected. Danny was amazing and answered text messages. Had a great time with family on the canal enjoying kayaking and relaxing. Highly recommend Danny and the properties. Thanks again!

The house was even better than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and smelled fresh. There was nothing that you could want. Lindsay thought of absolutely everything… from the coffee bar, cold water, lots of welcome goodies, laundry detergent, everything you’d use in the bathroom including new tooth brushes if you forgot yours, and even ear plugs in the bedside stand if you need them to sleep. There was every type of charger you could use, a blue tooth speaker, lots of family games to pass those rainy days. I loved how new and organized everything in the kitchen was. I can’t say enough about Lindsay’s home and how nice and accommodating she was. If you get a chance to stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

Loved the location and the cottage. You can see the water from the front porch and the breeze off the water was wonderful. The cottage was clean and the decoration was tasteful. We didn't do a lot of cooking at the cottage but we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and accommodating for us and our pet, including water/food bowls specifically for the dog. Messages from Melissa were timely and easy to follow. Checking in and out was a breeze and I would highly recommend the Spoonbill for anyone wanting to stay close enough to Port Aransas for things to do but also enjoy a quiet, peaceful setting.

This space was immaculate and definitely perfect for a group of life-long friends to connect and spend time at the beach! All the amenities for making nice, dinners, relaxing, watching movies, and hanging out along the canal. We rented a cart for beach days which, for us, was absolutely worth the expense. We didn’t need any other vehicle the entire weekend as we were just a few minutes from the beach. Well-behaved doggies welcome was a big plus for us! We highly recommend this space and hope to be back next year.

The overall stay was amazing! The place is pretty and you definitely feel at home. I would stay here again! The only slight problem was the mosquitos!! Besides that, very responsive host and an amazing experience! I would recommend :)

Host (Josh) was very quick to send out a pool guy to clean the pool when we got there. He sent his pool guy out within the hour after we notified him that the pool was “a little cloudy”. This was really the only issue we had while staying there. Everything is centrally located and the home itself is kept in “Pristine” condition! We would definitely recommend this rental home for a small family.
