Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Coeur d'Alene

Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Just steps away from the private dock, I spent a lazy Saturday reading in an Adirondack chair watching boats buzz around the lake fishing and tubing. The view from the hot tub and deck was awesome! A 2 minute walk to Ember’s pizza for takeout or grab a beer on the patio while you wait for a table. Thanks!!

We loved staying at the barn! It was close to Silverwood and easy to get back on the road in the morning. Our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day.

Great place to stay. Good location. Cozy. Everything we could have asked for in a weekend getaway. The house was perfect walking distance from downtown and the Tubbs Hill trails. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in CDA.

Terrific, clean lower-level dwelling with virutally everything you need for a few days' stay. The hosts generously provide ample food for breakfast and snacks, which adds value and they're super friendly if you happen to see them. But no worries here about any weirdness sharing a property with a host. They made it easy and comfortable. We very much enoyed our stay and we'd come back.

Can't say enough great things about this Airbnb! Steve thought of everything-even labels on the light switches so we didn't spend time trying to find what switch went with what room. The house was spotless and the yard was beautiful. Would definitely book here again when we're back in Idaho!

Absolutely LOVED the place!! Looked just like the pics and was so well done! So nice being right ON the water. Like the deck literally almost leans over the water so just a few steps down and you’re in! Water is so crystal clear and the weather was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely be returning!

For those who don’t know CdA, this is a prime spot launching on a hike, taking a paddle, or sitting on the beach. It’s also super close to the park and downtown. For those who do know the area, this is a place you’ve gone past and wondered who could be so fortunate to live there. If it’s available, you won’t be disappointed.

What a lovely place rented out by lovely people. They had everything and more with a perfect rental guide for the area. Nice and quiet. I was worried about fitting all 10 people in the house and making sure everyone had sleeping arrangements but it actually worked out perfectly. 10/10 would stay again

The attention to detail of Michael & Allyson’s place is remarkable! Pictures of where to park and how to access the AirBnB were extremely helpful. Light switch labels and how to use the fan were so nice to have. Every surface was squeaky clean, the bed/pillows were very comfortable and the refreshments/snacks are so thoughtful - even coffee creamer was provided! I felt incredibly “at home”, safe, and refreshed. Top notch AirBnB in a quiet neighborhood. Will recommend to anyone planning to visit CDA. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer - next time I plan to play with their sweet doggie’s and chickens! Thank you Michael & Allyson! Give Bo a squeeze from us! 🐾

Lovely cozy apartment for 2 less than 30 minutes walk to the lake or 4 minutes drive. Loads of parking by the lake so easy to access the lake with the restaurants and shops . Very close to the turn off to east of the lake to Harrison.I recommend that drive. Chris and Maria and their wonderful assistance Amy were so kind to us. We left an important document behind and they sorted out fedexing the document .Thank you Chris,Maria and especially Amy !

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

Great little place to stay when staying in Spokane. Short walk from Manito Park and close to S. Perry St. where you can find some great food, coffee and shops. The clawfoot tub was a real highlight!

Me and my fiancé absolutely loved our stay here. 100% worth what we paid. It was super clean and we loved having everything we needed to cook at the air bnb so we didn’t have to spend all week eating out. Absolutely would book with jake again I’m obsessed with this air bnb.

Great apartment in easy walking distance of many restaurants and downtown. Very private, self-service. Very clean and well appointed. It will usually be a quiet spot, but right now, construction starts nextdoor at 7:30am (except Sundays). The very firm mattress will make some people happy. Easiest to find by using an app to get to the front of the house, then go around the corner to the south to find the little dirt alley to the back driveway. Deanne was very welcoming, quick to communicate, and accommodating!

The place is in a great location next to restaurants and stores! It’s only 5 minutes from the lake! The condo was very open and clean; and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo is exactly as described and very neat and clean. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. No issues or concerns. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great location! It felt very safe, walkable to downtown park, marina, and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The condo was clean, relaxing and the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this condo.

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

Great place! It’s very spacious. Even though it’s an underground unit, the skylights and windows are perfect for light! The place was clean and tidy except the oven, probably the cleaners did not check to throw out the previous guest’s moldy leftovers. Not a big deal if you don’t cook. The place is very walkable and on a main road but quiet. Parking was easy. Overall, we love it and recommend!

The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

We were in town for a wedding, so this was the perfect place to rest after long, busy days! The home interior was charming and the space felt clean. There are other tenants in the larger home this space is a part of and you could hear some noise from upstairs, but everyone was respectful of our space and we never felt inconvenienced by it! A great quiet and quaint neighborhood, and we’d definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves back in Spokane!
