The place was perfect for my family to gather and have a nice staycation while we were in town for a wedding. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Spokane Valley, we will book again for sure.

This home is exactly as listed. It's in a peaceful and beautiful location but still close to everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were especially nice and the beds were super comfy.

We had a great stay at this location... Our family got together to celebrate our new graduate. The space and amenities made us feel right at home and allowed us to spend time together in a comfortable space, it really added to our visit.

We stayed as a family of 8, and all of us loved the place! The house is spacious and so comfortable. Since Travis and Kim live across the street, it was nice to shake hands and talk for a bit. The house’s location for our primary objective - Silverwood - contributed to our fondness for the beautiful setting. Thank you!

David and Stacey hosted me. They were very responsive and quick to reply. They had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. They even had cute kit for ones bathroom, kitchen, and laundry necessities. The neighborhood was overall peaceful and quiet. It was also nice to have a grocery store and some restaurants that were only a few miles up the road. I definitely recommend!! 5 Star review from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for hosting me. 😊

Hannah's house was pristine and included all the amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with anything that you might need during your stay. The hot tub and pool were an added bonus and were the perfect way to unwind after a long day.

Very nice place! Clean, cute and good location. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to downtown and 5-10 to walk to a local beach. Nice neighborhood as well. Terri was very responsive.

Another fantastic stay at Tim’s house! The home is spacious, clean, and tucked away in a beautiful part of town—just a short drive from downtown Coeur d’Alene. The theater room was easily the highlight for us; we spent hours watching movies, UFC fights, and playoff basketball on the 4K projector. The kitchen is fully stocked and made it easy to cook every meal we planned. Each bedroom is comfortable and private, with the master suite being especially impressive. Between the peaceful setting, wildlife sightings, and top-notch amenities like the sauna and Traeger grill, this home has everything you need to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the CDA area—already looking forward to our next stay!

Staying in the ITrip property was incredible. They thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable. I could possibly recommend this property any higher. Views were amazing, mattresses were so comfortable, bedding and amenities were very soft, kitchen was perfectly stocked and even had ice ready for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house! The house was in pristine condition. The views from the front porch are amazing.

Beautiful spot. We rented it for my daughter and a few of her friends on her 16 bday. They were all blown away when we got there. The backyard and deck and dock were probably the coolest place weve ever stayed at. The house had lots of comfortable places to sleep also.

This was perfect for our daughter’s graduation get away gift. She loved the location and easy access to all the Coeur d’Alene amenities! Looking forward to enjoy this little gem with my wife!

Great place for a relaxing girls weekend. Loved sitting on the deck reading our books. Downtown CDA isn't too far away either if you want to do something more touristy.

Joshua's cottage is a great spot. Interior is clean and fresh with an open design. Bed is comfortable. Outside there's a driveway for off street parking and a cute patio in back. I liked the location which gave me a 5 minute drive to downtown and a 15 min drive to Hayden Lake. Joshua and his team were always quick to respond within a half hour or less to any question. I would certainly book here again.

Mandy was so great to work with and the house was exactly what our family needed for our cousins wedding weekend! So nice to have the pack n play and toys for our daughter. The space is so beautiful clean and peaceful. Mandy was so great when we had a work out a booking issue with Airbnb and we are so appreciative! Would HIGHLY recommend

Every little detail was so beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and the design is amazing! Nothing will do it quite justice like being there. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the hot tub and the property was breathtaking with wildlife and views. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to messages. Absolutely Incredible Stay! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The view was absolutely breathtaking — truly something special. The home was perfect for our large family, with plenty of space and so many thoughtful touches throughout. From the well-stocked kitchen that made cooking for a group easy, to the games and movie selection that kept everyone entertained, it was clear the hosts put a lot of care into every detail. It was also the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in — spotless and so well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay. We can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Beautiful place! The host was flexible with our needs of an early check-in and allowing a bride, and 9 bridesmaids to get ready for my daughters big day! The backyard was perfect for father’s first look. Decorations are BEAUTIFUL, and my daughter had a wonderful day getting ready with her girls. Bride and Groom spent their first night as a married couple, and they said it was perfect. Would recommend!

Beautiful place, amazing location, 5* amenities. You will make lifelong memories here. Waking up in the master bedroom with the view was the highlight of our day! Sauna and hot tub were great addition to the lake access and many kayaks available. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
