What was known as The Pink House, this home was the first addition to Lake City. It offers enough space for the whole family including dogs! The entire 3000 square foot house has enough interior space for large gatherings & a large backyard for yard games, kids to play, dogs to run, & space for a camper to park or multiple tents to be pitched. The house is located on the west side of main street giving families easy walkable access to the beach, downtown, or north to grab food or some drinks!

The home was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed. Instructions were easily found and were clear. Good local recommendations. The house is in a private area but easy to get to a main road that will get you into downtown Lake City and other area towns. We stayed during the winter and the roads were kept clear even during several inches of snow that came down one night. Seems like a great place in the summer as well.

Kim’s secluded cabin was exactly what my husband and I were looking for! It was a great place to get outside and away from everything! We took our dog with us and it was perfect for him too! Lots of space to walk and explore with no one else around! The cabin had everything we needed! You can tell this place has lots of family history! We will be back!

Nothing beats a lakefront view. Stellar sunrise and sunsets from 3rd floor, 2 balconies. A bread shop w breakfast and lunch sandwiches across the street. Walkable to downtown, near dispensary and breweries with food. Beach access is a 2 minute walk ACROSS THE STREET. Great for kids, splash park a 10 minute on shore bike/walk path. We can’t wait to come back🤩🍒🍻
