This is cozy house with huge and beautiful garden. We really enjoyed walking gardens in the morning.

Excellent place, they took our dinner orders ahead of time and had it waiting for us, very very accomodating for our three dogs that traveled with us, fantatsic views, very quiet at night. Only challenge is maps doesnt accurately direct you from the road, but Peace was able to guide us over the phone easily.

Huge favorite for this place where we felt like at home for three days! Ideal for chilling and enjoying the lake and its activities (acrobranche, boat ride, paddle boarding) The fact that it was lost in the middle of nothing we really liked but indeed, as mentioned in the listing, provide food because everything is there to cook on site. Possibility on Mondays and Thursdays to send a boat to the market on another island to find some vegetables... Kakuru, the neighbor is very kind and valuable help for all the logistics (welcome on arrival, calling boats to move, walk the hills). Really thank you again Kakuru☺️ However, be mindful of people looking at cleanliness. It's not dirty at all but it's a country house so there are spiders and little bugs. There is also no hot water but it didn't really bother us because we heated the water

Amazing place to rest and contemplate the Ruhondo lake and surrounding volcanoes. the banana House is cozy and with well decorated interior, we loved it!

We felt like home all the time! The staff was extraordinarily friendly! We never had so many nice conversations since travelling through countries. The experiences we made were amazing. The Karungi-Camp Team will fulfill all your dreams. We had the chance to go to an international wedding, join a soccer match, hike though the area, get to know alot of the village and be a part of it. Thank you so much! Beautiful, peaceful and easy! Augustine was very attentive to all our needs, meeting us at the boat pier prior to traveling across the lake to the tree house, even though we were 2 hours early! The tree house is clean, cozy and exactly what you need for a weekend away!

I booked this place for my family and she was very understanding. In our challenging journey she was compassionate and she was very flexible. Thank you Agatha. You stand well in many who could not even respond on time. Will highly recommend .
