Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Bob Sandlin

Overall our stay was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for dining and the kitchen was nice with a gas stove. For me that is a plus! Kitchen also had the majority of items of home. The yard is nice for dogs to roam with fishing available at the back of the property. The only thing I wished it had would be a dock. The property is located close to most things to do. The host is very nice and responsive. This would be a repeat to stay if I was coming back to the area.

Overall we had a good stay, Check in and out instructions were clear, beautiful property on the lake, however the dock advertised in the listing is nothing like it is in pictures…. It is unusable because of the amount of spiders that call it home I’m sure it maybe hard to stay on top of keeping them out of the dock but necessary for full use of the property as advertised.

The house is gorgeous! It is very neat and clean and it worked perfectly for our weekend stay! I'll definitely keep April's house in mind the next time we are down this way!!

Absolutely beautiful home! The pictures do not do it justice! It is set up perfectly! Marla’s communication is impeccable! Hands down the worth every penny! Parking was great! Easy access in and out. We traveled to Lake Fork for the Skeeter Boat Owners Tournament. Her extra touches to detail show! Will definitely book with this host again!

The lake house was peaceful and perfect for our girls trip. The house was very clean and everything was as described or pictured. We had trouble with the lock initially but Katelyn responded right away and came over to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend!!

A Hidden Gem Near Barnwell Mountain! We originally chose this Airbnb because of its location—it’s just minutes from Barnwell Mountain, which made it incredibly convenient for our off-roading adventures. But once we arrived, we absolutely fell in love with the place! The home is beautifully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. From the comfy beds to the peaceful outdoor space, every detail made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The host was responsive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but this one stands out. Whether you’re hitting the trails or just looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway, this spot is a winner. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Enjoyed our first trip so much we went back for a second! The cabins and amenities at Old Camp Joy haven’t to disappoint us. The view of the lake is amazing and the entire area is so peaceful, safe, and quiet. The cabin was squeaky clean and Mike was a very nice and attentive host. Highly recommended any of these properties if ever in the Lake O The Pines area!

This stay was just what we needed !!! The neighborhood was extremely quiet and comfortable with hearing the birds singing in the backyard and we loved having a fenced in back yard and drinking coffee outside - this was our first air bnb to have that ! Our small dogs were super comfortable there and the bed was SO comfortable! Our favorite one so far as we have a sleep number bed at home and are spoiled to that 😂- the ladies were so helpful with anything we needed and we will definitely be back again for our next trip! Thanks so much!

Cute little tiny house, great for a fishing getaway! Comfy king sized bed with nice linens. Boat dock nearby to see gorgeous sunsets over the lake. I reserved this location because I was traveling to First Monday Trade Days in Canton, and could not get a reservation in Canton. This was a lovely place, but a little further drive from Canton than I would have preferred. All that to say, if I were planning a fishing trip to Lake Fork, I would definitely book Off the Hook again!

Stayed here for a Bass tournament plenty of room for parking. Host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

This place was absolutely perfect. Went up for a major tournament which led to getting up every morning at 4am with two young boys so rest was very important! Coming off the water to this gem was like coming home! Extremely clean, beds were comfortable, easy in & out of the drive way with the boat, just a all-around great experience! April was amazing and responded to any messages in a very timely manner! If we could give this rental 10 stars we would!

Perfect place to stay for a fishing trip. Close to the private boat ramp, easy boat parking, super clean RV.

Fun AND relaxing getaway all in one! The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable! Host was so friendly and accommodating- above and beyond! Even though the space is on shared property, it still felt private and comfortable. Would absolutely go back!

I really can’t say enough about this property! Although our stay was very short, we had everything we needed and more! Beautiful home for a quick getaway, but even more gorgeous if you were planning a wedding or an event! Even though Angela was preparing for a wedding, she was more than accommodating and answered questions in the most timely fashion. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home/ranch with us! We will most definitely be back when we travel that way again!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was worth it. Desiree was always super responsive to any questions and went out of her way to accommodate whatever we needed. The owner of the property is the same way. This is a beautiful ranch and perfect for a private getaway. We mostly stayed there the entire time and cooked for ourselves with meat supplied from the livestock on the ranch. Perfect for people who want a quiet ranch experience without owning one. I 100% recommend and wouldn't mind staying again.

Roberta's place was just what my dad and his buddy needed to park the truck/boat overnight and have somewhere warm and dry, with two beds, to lay their heads. The accommodations may be small, but they are mighty as there was room for them both without feeling super cramped. There were some issues with water due to the heavy rainstorms that had come through that day, but Ms. Roberta was super communicative, it wasn't anything my dad or his friend were really worried about, and all was well. If you're in the area wanting fish - great place to stay!

We stayed at the Stilt House during a fishing trip to Lake Fork. The house was better than advertised and the whole setup was perfect to accommodate a fishing boat. Super close to a few nice boat launches. The hosts have done a great job with providing anything you would need for a great stay and their communication was perfect (not too much, not too little). Anyone looking for a place to stay for a trip to Lake Fork should definitely give this serious consideration.

Would Highly recommend this place if anyone is in the area and needs a place to stay. Huge back yard! The dogs enjoyed it. And is in a very peaceful neighborhood! Throughly enjoyed our stay!!

We are familiar with the area because we have family that lives in the community. If you are looking for a nice place to stay while you fish Lake Fork this is the place. They think of their fisherman and their families. There was perfect parking and set up for boats, but the inside is what felt right at home. It was clean and cozy! Well supplied kitchen with cleaning stuff too. We will rent again!

Best sleep I’ve had in awhile! The essential oil detox bath was amazing and had me so relaxed! Donna covered all details and is a delicious cook generously offering gourmet breakfast in the morning. This is a true hidden gem! Worth the drive out of the way if you are deciding between 2 locations.

Needed a spot to visit family. We found this gem: very great spot with lots of outdoor space. Great hospitality!

Great location on the lake with a good ramp right there by the cabin. All the neighbors make you feel welcome and right at home. Plenty of wildlife to see at all times, deer and rabbits running everywhere then walk out the back and see the lake. Would highly recommend this place and will look to get it again in the future.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place & land was beautiful! Plenty of space to enjoy time together.
