The place was really great. The value for money was great. The host was always easily accessible and helped us with all our concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it is close to Mactan Newton. The place has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also an entertainment program. I would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, the host was warm, kind, and truly accommodating — I knew I made the right choice. The space was spotless, cozy, and fresh-smelling, making us feel at home even away from home. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to rest. One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. It's more than what we paid for. We had the warmest welcome, that us feel at home right away. Our host was very responsive, and attended to our needs right away. The space was huge, clean, and since we do not want to mess up with the home vibes, our food stuff was really concentrated on the dining table. Rules are clear and they will really make you be respectful of the place. We were in Cebu for work, so coming at our homestay at night was relaxing. The place is just few mins to where we worked, walkable to a mall, mcdo, 7-11 etc We highly recommend the place and we will book again should we get the chance. Thanks to our host.

We had a lovely stay at Shaira and Gian's Airbnb! They were incredibly nice and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze with the clear instructions provided. The location is amazing—just a short walk to the Ayala Mall in IT Park, Sugbo Mercado, and plenty of great restaurants. We did have a little trouble figuring out the microwave, soo... it took a while to heat some refrigerated food. 😅 Also, the elevators in the building are quite slow and hot. However, these didn’t take away from the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. The unit had everything we needed, easpecially the ultra fast internet! We felt safe and relaxed throughout. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again whenever we visit Cebu.

As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. Kecey and Tensi were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was clean and tidy. 7/11 conveniently located a few steps from the door that is open 24/7 for jetlaggy travellers. A short 4 min walk to Ayala mall is so handy! Hot water faucet wasn’t working - maintenance available 24/7 but did not have a problem with no hot water as we loved cold showers to cool down! Would highly recommend this air bnb to all.

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Awesome place. Great location. Pleasantly surprised about the market across the street. I know it mentioned it, but i was ignorantly and wonderfully surprised. You have absolutely any type of food available 200 feet from the front door .

I enjoyed my stay and Ed is a quick responsive and helpful host! His cozy home had everything I needed plus more. There was a lot to do around the location. I look forward to booking any future plans around his area !

Great time staying here with my family! We were able to book ls fishing trip right off of the beach. The staff at the hotel is great!

What you see is what you get, everything is fine, except that the area is quite deep in the neighborhood... Or maybe it was not really the area's problem, it was just those taxi drivers who choose to drive the easier way. Everytime I get a taxi, they would always say "nah sudlonon mana diha ma'am." too annoying! And always pa jud mg pa dugang bayad. The place is nice and comfortable. Even with a kid. So if you can rent a car, just rent so it would be much convenient to go anywhere from this area. The host is super nice too.

Nina’s place was so good to stay at. We were able to rest well after our tours because you won’t hear loud cars from the street. It was also clean and tidy when we arrived. My only concern was there’s not much outlets to charge your gadgets especially if you’re a group of 5 people. The window glasses and bathroom could be cleaned a little bit more. But Nina is responsiveness so responsive that I don’t mind giving it 5 stars ☺️

The lock on the door was a bit difficult to understand at first ,so proceed according to the instructions provided by the host. The room was comfortable,had a nice little balcony and the shower was one of the best that I had in the Philippines.

exactly the same as the photos but a little small than expected. though small, it had everything you need for a short stay. our sleep was comfy because of the bed. within the vicinity, you have a pharmacy, coffee shop, massage and grocery. you have everything you need :)
