Great spot if your traveling for work or looking to explore Brownsville

It was a very nice place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was only 2min not to far. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beach since it had alot of tar balls washing up to the shore. But our stay at the house was great our kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool.

Amazing stay! Such a beautiful house and very private. The house is located right in the meddle of everything. Walking distances to a lot of attractions.

Erika was wonderful. This was my first time booking an air B and B and we were so happy we did! Erika was very responsive with every question we had regarding the property and procedure. The home was impeccable. Nights were completely quiet and we slept better than we ever have at the local Hotels. Providing bottled water when we arrived was such a nice touch! Thank you again for being such a wonderful host and for making our stay amazing! Can’t wait to return in a month!

This was our 1st airbnb stay and it was beyond our expectations. I received consistent communication as to what to expect, codes to get in, contact for any issues. the pool was clean and heavenly to be in. Also, being able to fish off your own personal dock within 50 feet of the front door was awesome for our family to fish on! I Jist a great place to stay! We will be going back!

I am so grateful to have spent my week in Brownsville at Veronica's place. Its location was ideal for where I needed to be. The space itself was perfect, allowing me to just nestle in as if it were my own home.

The house was very clean, easy to find. We all (nine of us) slept very comfortably. The pool and hot tub were the fantastic and my daughters loved it. Lots of pool toys and beach items there for use (sand toys, beach towels, beach blanket etc). All the amenities were listed and accurate and the the kitchens were well stocked with utensils, cookware and some storage containers. Would definitely book again.

The property has a great open waterfront balcony that makes this place very special. The overall interior of the house is very homey and feels very comfortable to stay in. Not to mention, this property is located well within a good distance from the main South Padre Island, allowing easy trip back and forth to and from South Padre Island. If given the opportunity, we will definitely stay at this property again!

Enjoyed our stay had a great time with my kids and pup family. Deck was nice for fishing and caught few fish come again

Holly was a great host and the place was spotless when we arrived felt like walking into a second home was a very good location that had many things in a walkable distance, would definitely stay again!!

A+ We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, well-stocked of linens, kitchen needs etc. Communication with Hostess was awesome. Easy check-in. This is our 8th time staying at Long Island Village. This is the best experience we have had.

This trip was excellent! My family enjoyed everything! The pool was our favorite! Not to mention they had extra beach towels and chairs! Javier was very polite and responsive! Overall the property was more than we expected and super cute! Can’t wait to book again:)

The accommodation is very nice and remodeled with plenty of space, the closets are very spacious. I loved the master bedroom. There's a mirror and a dressing table with super good light to get ready outside the bathroom... the kitchen is well equipped and a very nice terrace in the back with a view of the golf course, very good service from Jorge!!!

Perfect location, close to EVERYTHING! There’s also a nice walking trail right next door! My family and I will definitely be booking this home again!

Exactly what we were looking for on this trip - boat slip, near SPI, pet friendly, deck to fish on, and a public boat dock at the end of the road. The pad looked liked the photos online, so no disappointments there. It had quality items in the kitchen - cookware, real plates, silverware, and glassware. None of those cheap appliances and plastic plates. We like to cook and make cocktails, so a blender, colander, and an outdoor grill would be appreciated. But not a deal breaker. We baked, roasted and pan-fried and was good. The master bath was huge with a tub, although the shower stall was a bit tight and challenging for my 6'4" husband. If I needed to write a downside, it'll probably be lugging bags and groceries up the stairs. But it did give us a workout and on the second day, our leg muscles were pretty used to the climb. LOL. The area was quiet, private, and we felt safe. It had ample parking for our trailer and truck, and another vehicle in front. Tim & Vanessa are great hosts.

Roel’s home was just what we were looking for in our extended time in Port Isabel. The home was exactly as described and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and the extra linens came in handy. My dogs enjoyed the beautiful backyard and I was truly impressed with the gorgeous thick grass. We travel to South Padre just about every year and we will definitely look into this home again.
