I requested for an earlier check-in and I'm glad she allowed me to do so ++ I forgot my charger after check out but she was kind enough to accommodate me and make sure I got it back. Thank you! My friends and I originally planned to stay for just one day, but we ended up extending to four because we felt so comfortable in the unit. The place was exceptionally clean, the view was stunning, and the host was very responsive and friendly. We truly had a great experience! highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back! 💕

Probably one of the best Air BnB’s we have stayed in. The location was perfect, the apartment itself was beautiful, and obvious that the owner takes pride in taking care of the unit. But the best part I think are the people involved in taking care of the guests for this apartment…Heather, Janella and Tata…you made our stay very pleasant. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

My stay was great, everything went well and it really helped me during the days that i need to rest the most. One of the cleanest and most recommended place to book in Calamba!

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Really smooth check-in. Instructions were clear and you won't have a problem at the lobby. Joel provides 2 pairs of slippers which is very helpful just consider cleaning it before and after use for hygiene purposes. Cooking and dining tools are provided with rice cooker and an electric kettle. No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring/buy your own. Shampoo and soap provided in dispensers. There are lots of storage just explore them and put to good use.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Kim’s place. Loved the big living room space, and the unit was complete with everything I needed. The whole building is also a serviced residence, so whatever you order gets delivered to your doorstep. Kim was also very responsive and friendly. :) Price is a bit higher than usual as compared to other places, but definitely worth the money.

Sir Launcelot is very nice and responsive. Location is great since the event I went to is just at filinvest concert grounds. Nearby to a 7 eleven so that's great also for convenience. Wifi is great, I still got to work.

The place is so clean and homey. We had no problems communicating with Ms.Erin. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is the parking fee. It costs a lot. Hope there would be a parking fee nearby with fixed rate.

I picked this place knowing it was close to the malls so there is no surprise on that. Very good location. I am quite impressed though that Mitch was up when I arrived at unit and had to text him regarding parking. It was almost midnight and he answered and assisted me immediately. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. While I did not cook there - the kitchen was well equipped. Love the fact that there is a washer/dryer inside the unit. The building staff are all very friendly and the amenity floor including the gym was updated. Thanks for a wonderful 3 week stay!

Our recent stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! We commend the host, Miss. Baudains, for promptly responding to our queries before we checked in. We didn’t expect much from the photos as some listings don’t live up to their promises. So, we decided to check it out for ourselves, and boy, were we surprised! The place is enormous and incredibly charming. From the moment we arrived, the staff, Kuya Bhoy greeted us warmly, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and offered stunning views that made us feel like we were miles away from home despite the place being just about 1 to 2 hours from the metro (depending on the traffic) The amenities were top-notch from the pool where we spent so much time of our stay. The attention to detail and the overall ambiance of this place are truly impressive. The high ceiling of the living/lounge area exudes a posh vibe. With every corner providing a comfortable relaxation spot.

The place is very cozy and Sir Ezekiel is very responsive to your queries. Although the parking is very hard and expensive. But overall experience, we loved it!

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Very good owner, easy to reach

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

I booked this place for my sisters and their families during my wedding at Madre De Dios Chapel, and they had nothing but great things to say! The house is spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the amenities were perfect for the little ones. Marvin, the host, was excellent at communicating and provided very detailed instructions, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The drive from the entrance to the house felt like being transported to another country—truly a beautiful experience. The caretaker was also incredibly helpful throughout the stay, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. If you can, definitely get a guest card to make the most of the amenities at the golf club! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this unit for families and groups of friends. Thank you, Marvin! We’re already looking forward to coming back.
