The apartment had a Beautiful view and was very clean and private. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

This place was great to stay at. Easy access to beach and many places in walking distance. Everything was clean and stocked. Elsa was a great host and very responsive!!

The place was absolutely perfect. It had everything that you could possibly need. It was super clean and the location was perfect beachfront and walking distance to so many restraints and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with. I will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed at this building before and although there is some building maintenance going on I have no complaints because it has never affected my stay. There are a lot of things to do, restaurants, and having access to the beach from the pool area is a plus. The views pretty much all day are awesome! This was my first time staying at Shubin's unit and it was pretty much as it presents on the site. The unit was clean and cozy and the view and openness of the balcony from the kitchen and living area was on point. He was quick to respond via the site chat to any questions you had. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

I had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb in San Juan! The location is unbeatable, you're close to everything. Just a walk away from amazing restaurants, shops, and cultural spots. The area has such a vibrant, lively energy, and it was the perfect base to explore the rest of San Juan. The apartment itself was exactly what I needed cozy, clean, and super well-equipped. The host truly thought of everything! The kitchen had all the essentials, there were plenty of towels, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. What really stood out was how easy the whole process was. The self check in was easy and the security guard assisted in anything needed, host was also responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I also felt really safe in the neighborhood. All in all, this place was a fantastic find. If you're looking to experience the heart of San Juan and have a comfortable home base to return to, would definitely stay again.

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location & Place Calm & Lovely

Honestly this place was amazing not only did it look beautiful, but it felt like home, local places are not that far away from this place and close to the beach. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Robert’s place was great, the location was excellent next to a lot of restaurants and right near the beach. It was nice to relax on the balcony in the evening and people watch.

Leesandra’s place was accurately depicted, clean, and in a walkable area. The building was on the older side. It had active renovations during the time of our stay, but we had full access to all the building’s amenities. The pool was great and we always had a spot on the lounge chairs. The host was friendly and thoughtful.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Absolutely loved staying here, the place was even better than the photos. Location was good and made it easy to get around. Yohance and Jade were great communicator and responded very quickly, which I greatly appreciate it. The AC units in room worked very good and everyone was very comfortable. The only thing is I wouldn’t recommend buying parking. There is more than enough street parking always available. I paid for parking but unfortunately, didn’t use the spot once. I couldn’t get the gate open enough to fit our car, maybe I’m just too weak lol idk but we were so tired we just parked on the street. But overall, we have completely loved this place. Great host, good location and great space!

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!
