We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

We had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico. Jorge is an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and was responsive and attentive to all communications. Beach had some debris but that may be expected. Water was beautiful.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly walkable. The area is full of great restaurants, so dining out was a breeze and enjoyable. Plus, having beach access right nearby was a huge plus — we enjoyed spending time relaxing by the ocean. The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

My sister lived her visit here when her daughter was a newborn 9 years ago. It’s now upgraded a outdoor hot tub with a fantastic view of the Atlantic from it’s perch on the foothills of Puerto Rico’s beautiful Yunque rain forest. We even did a night hike in nearby El Yunque National Park!This is a place of calm, peace, and nature. Beautiful and restorative. We really enjoyed our time here!

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

Excellent Airbnb, centrally located near shops and restaurants and a quick drive to Old San Juan. The shared garden is lovely. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was incredibly clean and thoughtfully prepared. I really appreciated the personal touches. There were hair ties, cotton balls, floss, and Q-tips in the bathroom, which made it feel like home. The bed linens were fresh and spotless, and both bedrooms were tidy and well organized. The bathrooms were also exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, including seasonings, coffee, and sugar. To top it off, there was water and pop waiting in the fridge, which was such a kind and generous detail. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well cared for space. I would definitely stay here again.

The space was as described. There are multiple units with a central courtyard and pool area. The property is secure and fenced on all sides. The bedrooms were nice sizes as well as the bathroom. The kitchen has any amenity you need and was actually well stocked with coffee, tea and spices. The entire apartment had alot of amenity items including shampoo, soap, sunscreen, chairs, coolers. Stayed at another location earlier in the week that had nothing so this was a refreshing change. There are several restaurants and stores nearby.

The apartment had a Beautiful view and was very clean and private. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

The unit is in a fantastic neighborhood, a block from the beach and near many stores. Check-in with the security guard was easy, though we had brief trouble with the lock. The apartment is very clean, thoughtfully furnished and well-stocked with essentials like soaps, extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchenware. It has two A/C units, a fan/air purifier, a comfy bed and couch, great natural light, blackout curtains, and a balcony with an amazing view. The toilet handle is delicate but works fine. We saw one small roach behind the kitchen faucet toward the end of our stay, which Xavier acknowledged—routine maintenance is in place. Parking, pool access, and trash disposal were convenient. Overall, a great stay!

It was one of the best AB&Bs and the location could not have been better. The apartment was perfect with a stunning view. Very secure and everything within walking distance. The beach was one of the best beaches and safe for kids. I strongly recommend it, you will not be disappointed! Beatrice, Thank You for making this a smooth, stress free vacation. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! We booked the same day and it was easy. The host was very responsive when we had an issue getting in the apartment. Place is very clean and beautiful views.
