Apartment holiday rentals in Laguna del Condado

The location is as good as it gets in Old San Juan. Everything is within an 5-10 min walk. The place was decorated beautifully and peacefully, the AC units were great, the shower was really nice. We liked the interior courtyard as the streets can be noisy, we slept wonderfully. Overall a 5 star rental!

I had a great stay and everything went well. Very nice view from the apartment, we could see sea turtles under our windows.

This place is amazing. The view is stunning in a very quiet neighborhood. It looks just like the pictures. It’s a short walking distant to the beach amongst other restaurants. The building is okay, but with my hubby we felt safe. The only two things we didn’t like was the lack of A/C in the bathroom. We had to turn the A/C on super low to get the air to flow to the bedroom ( which worked) The other thing was that the room was small. When you walk through the door you immediately hit the bed. We had to have our luggage in the living room (where we got dressed) My husband is very tall and he’s not a small man. We made it work and we had a great time

Great comfortable space in a wonderful location. Walking distance to some good restaurants and a short ride away (or long walk!) from Old San Juan. Host was very communicative and quick to reply.

Very nice place to stay. Looked exactly like the photos and very responsive host. In the same location as many other hotels and a traveler safe area. Tiny part of a beach was about 100 feet away from the condo and the host had towels, chairs, and other beach items tucked away in a closet. Very useful (we didn’t use any because we didn’t have time but they looked very clean and very neat). Cool A/C and fan combination (the fan may be needed to circulate the cool air) and it was on the 8th floor so it had nice views of the local “Night Kayaking.” Security for the building was present every night and day. Good tourist spot for sure. A Starbucks right around the corner and the condo was in a good central location and was very walkable (if you like to take walks slightly longer than 5-10 minutes) not a bad commute in general. Cheap and readily available Uber’s if you chose to not walk. Clean space with decent water pressure and water would get decently hot, not American hot but warm-hot.

Frances has a one of a kind, pristinely clean, comfortable and pleasant apartment. This is our second time staying and we are happy with the choice. The building itself is an excellent location for beach going and night life, and is not far from major locations of interest in the San Juan area. The apartment itself is immensely comfortable, the best feeling after a long day exploring Puerto Rico is coming back to this place. Important Note: the area surrounding the building is going through a great deal of construction - so you often hear trucks, jackhammers, saws, etc. during the early morning hours. For our stay, which included stops in Viejo San Juan, Humacao, Guavate and Manati Frances place was our relaxing, comfortable home away from home and would highly recommend.

The view was absolutely stunning—just like the photos! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Watching the beach from the window was truly mesmerizing, and the sound of the waves was incredibly calming. With the cool ocean breeze flowing in, we hardly needed to use the AC. Would love to come back again!

Lovely place. I found the kiving room a bit warm. I lived about 20 years in Old San Juan, and moved to a city nearby years ago. So it was nice to return to my hometown. Sara was great, she communicated whenever I needed information and the place was just as described. One note that had nothing to do with our host but it is important to note because I keep seeing people from the states move to Old San Juan and accept dead silence... On our first night, one neighbors woke us up while yelling at another (we guess they were annoyed with another guest staying at an Airbnb) so we went downstairs and talked for a bit after being woken up abruptly then 15 mins later a middle-aged blonde lady knocked on the window then on our door and asked us to be quiet. I have lived in Old San Juan all my life, and it happens. It’s a city. You don’t go around knocking on people’s doors/yelling at neighbors. If you want silence, stay in the mountains isolated its beautiful there too.

We loved the beach access. The pool was very nice. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment had all essentials and a few nice extras such as beach chairs and a cooler. The only down side was the apartment is a little loud - but I think that is just San Juan in general. We would stay here again.

Firstly, didn't want to leave Annette's cozy place! The pics are accurate, clean apt, building is quiet, and the location is a perfect mid-way point bt OSJ & airport, plus other areas. Found plenty to do in the area, her restaurant recs were spot on. Wish we'd extended our vacation. I used the balcony everyday. Perfect home away from home. Can't wait to come back.

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Just as indicated perfect stay with kids and wife beatiful patio with exelent view. Super clean and comfortable.jhensen was always very responsive in case we needed any help we even added an aditional day. Would stay again in ant moment. Great place!

Very nice place to stay

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Loved it, second time staying.

Our AB&B experience was fantastic. it was conveniently located on a main tourist strip near great restaurants and souvenirs shops. With a 3 year old we felt safe to walk around at night to grab a quick bite to eat. The police were patrolling with a car on the main road in front of our building to keep traffic moving and make a presence felt. The beach was a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool at night before bed time. Overall the unit had everything we needed. The location was perfect to go sightseeing for a day in old San juan. It was close to the airport for a short trip. Most importantly it was a great access point to drive to Rio grande on the new route 66 to visit family. Our Puerto Rico trip was short and sweet. We loved going back to the unit after our day trips. Cold AC, and hot water to shower in a super clean environment. It was the perfect location. We would highly recommend this location and would definitely return here in the future. Thank you so much Fernando y Ismari! ❤️
