We enjoyed the stay at this location and the friendly help from the hosts. When we first arrived, there was a regional power outage, and the hosts were very concerned, keeping in contact with us and the power company for updates. They even offered to give us a refund if we they had a long-term issue. The power was back in the early evening, so everything turned out great for the rest of our stay. The small local restaurants in the area had very good food and a great ocean view.

Self check in was a breeze with the instructions Carlos provided. Location was perfect and walkable as it’s close to the beach, restaurants and more. Carlos also check in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and provided several great recommendations in the local area. I would definitely recommend for a solo or couple trip.

The room and location are great. The view is gorgeous. Lots to do in the area! Only negative was the parking. Cheaper parking is further away and always packed. The close parking was $35 a day. Highly recommend any of Beatrice's properties as she provided superb customer service and quick responses.

Brenda’s place was a fabulous stay. Everything was exactly the same as the photos. Brenda left very clear instructions to get to the building, it’s a little tricky to find at first, and she was always responsive to any and all questions. If you’re looking for a place to stay in San Juan with walkable access to the T-Mobile Center and a quick 5 minute drive to Old San Juan, look no further.
