Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

The Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family or bring your Atvs to enjoy our beautiful mountains, or your boat to enjoy our beautiful Norris Lake. All of this within a 2 miles access. Enjoy the view of the mountain foliage from the front porch with your coffee. This family friendly home is decorated with a warm southern style you will love. We have two bedrooms, one king and one queen. Fully furnished kitchen, one full bath, relaxing cozy living room, washer and dryer! We would love to share our home with you.

Beautiful 6 Bed/6 Bath (5 kings + bunk room) w/big lake views and a large indoor/outdoor space opening to patio, hot tub and fire pit via a glass garage door. On 2nd row, higher up for stunning lake views. Please note, there is no private dock access. There are daily boat rentals available at 3 nearby marinas and a boat launch in the neighborhood. ATV trails and rentals nearby as well as hiking. The Sugar Hollow Water Park is now open w/ daily and hourly passes, very close to our house!

The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Farm experience/relax and enjoy our 15 acre little piece of heaven.Sit on the deck overlook the fish pond,watch the mini animals play in the field. View goats, mini ponies/donkeys. free gated secure parking for your atv/boat trailer. Full stocked kitchen,tile walk in shower, washer/dryer, Qn bed, queen sleeper sofa, 65” tv and gas grill on deck. 5 acre field is open to explore around pond. Relax and unwind at our private, serene getaway located minutes to Norris Lake and near many recreational trails leading to Royal Blue. Gorgeous mountain views with lake access less than one mile away. From a day filled with family fun on the lake to riding ATVs in the mountains, our guests have no problem staying entertained. In the evening enjoy the Firepit or unwind while overlooking a gorgeous mountain sunset or get out and catch fireflies while the horses roam in the front field.

The cozy creek cottage is your home away from home, tucked away in the hills of East Tennessee you’re sure to find rest and relaxation here. Whether you are enjoying nature on our patio overlooking a lazy creek or watching the cows graze in our field next door time seems to go a little slower here. Cozy beds will give you the rest you need after a long day in the mountains or on the water! Plus a fenced in front yard for your fur babies so they fill right at home along with you!

Newly renovated, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is family-friendly. Sleeps up to 12. Near marinas. Kitchen is fully equipped to make gourmet meals. Home has many nice extras. Great outdoor living space with a screened-in back deck, firepit, and 3-tiers of decking leading to our floating dock with slip, kayaks, life jackets, floating Lilly pad.
