Great central spot in Concord. Georgie is a fantastic host and the house is extremely well supplied. Our stay was wonderful.

Design-minded accommodation, with every little detail thought out. Very elegantly furnished. Quiet street. The feeling is of ultimate comfort. and Jana is super responsive, to boot. Basically, awesome.

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful garden, responsive host, ample street parking. Definitely worth the price. Plus there's a hot tub you can use after the end of a long day or before the start of one like how we used. MINUTES away from bars, restaurants, and shopping in Oakland. Great location. Everything we imagined and wished for was at the Camppound. Our stay was delightful, cozy, fun, peaceful, Beautiful in and out nothing to want for everything was perfect. To Steve and Heather Thank you so kindly for your wonderful and kind welcome. We would not not have been able to do all of the things and stay the length we did for if it wasn’t for your generous cost to us during my Granddaughters graduation from Berkeley University.we will all be forever thankful and grateful , you are truly the most wonderful caring people, we were surely blessed finding this wonderful oasis and would definitely do it all over again without hesitation. We really enjoyed our stay at Madison’s place. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as close proximity to Lake Merritt. The house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and we were able to enjoy several home made meals. We visit Oakland often and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here with a group of friends and we absolutely loved the space! Very clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and we loved the outdoor space.

Really nice house and pretty well-appointed. It was perfect for us, a family in Martinez for our daughter’s wedding. Only blocks away from her home and the venue, we were able to have everyone together in the mornings and evenings. Nice place and totally responsive owners. Thanks.

Ashley’s studio suite was very comfortable, clean, neat, and tidy, quiet, and has many great amenities including a nice size kitchen. It was perfect for morning coffee, breakfast and evening appetizers. We opted to have most of our meals out. The sheets (so soft) and towels were fluffy white and high quality. The Queen bed was very comfortable. The studio is located within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants. We had two amazing dinners at Almanac Brew company and Saltbreaker. Yum! Roberto‘s place was excellent! Everything from the small details of decor to the relaxing space. Great outdoor balcony and excellent location. We can’t wait to stay again.

Urban oasis is the perfect description for this residence. So quiet. Restful, verdant backyard patio (blooming Angel Trumpets were heavenly scented!), sweet dogs and comfortable and attractive furnishings. Was able to cook my breakfast every morning and easily heat up leftovers with well-outfitted kitchen and high-end appliances. Loved how eco-friendly the home is. Murphy bed in the living room was perfect. Walkable restaurants nearby - esp. Homeroom's mac & cheese! Loved everything about this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting relatives nearby.

The location and space was perfect for our needs! Clean, and larger than we expected from the photos. We especially enjoyed the hot tub/gazebo and the balcony.

I loved Albina's place. It was so perfect for what we were looking for. It was cute, easy to find, easy parking and just so lovely. The highlight was the view. The bedroom window looked out to the city and the ocean. We never even turned the TV on since the view from the bed was just spectacular. We literally just watched the ocean and boats going by as the sunset before our eyes. The moon then came out and we went to bed just staring out at the sky. I hope to be able to stay here again. It was such a magical retreat.
